This review is for this restaurant. Chipotle restaurant chain is great but this restaurant stands out. Staff attitudes are neutral. They put me perfectly on the first order, I was so happy I wanted to give an excellent rating in a day, they put me the same order as a dog, half of the ingredients are missing and they are collected in a corner that they played football with this food. A sticker with all the ingredients is present but the ingredients are missing. I will bypass.

This location constantly runs out of something before the day is over. The staff have terrible attitudes on most days, including today 08-01-2023. EVERY time without fail, If I doordash from this location, they get it wrong. I had to go back to the store today to get a burrito bowl they failed to include in my order. The staff was unapologetic, refused to speak to me, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. After they remade the bowl, the cashier slammed it on the counter and didn’t give me a bag or acknowledge me at all. Very disappointing.

Ordered on app, salad with chicken, double white rice, pico, hot salsa and cheese. This is how it came….see pic….That is not a salad. And, yet again, they didn’t have any vinaigrette. Don’t you make that in house still? Maybe there are supply issues, but then why offer it as an option? I wouldn’t have ordered a salad had I known there was no dressing for it!

Used to be good, but lately (the last 5x I’ve gone) it’s been a hit or miss on the rice having an oatmeal-like/soggy texture as a result of too much water being added. Let me know when ya’ll fix this issue and I’ll be back.

It was 9pm, I was met at the door saying they were only taking orders through the APP. Okay…. I returned to my car and ordered, (STEAK BOWL W/ white rice and some other toppings; chips and Queso) I waited 10 minutes for my order to be made while I watched an employee play on his phone for the entire time. Received notification that my order was ready, went in picked up my order and was informed that they were out of chips but Queso was in the bag. To get a refund call the number in the APP. I wish this experience ended there, got home (3 min away) food was luke warm at best. I really like chipotle, but I will never go back to this location again. I would recommend the same for you.
