Place is trashed. Employees lack friendliness. They were out of Steak, Fajitas Veggies and lettuce. Their reason for being out of stuff was being too busy on Cinco de Mayo… that was two days ago. Also, my large fountain drink had no ice…. how do you run out of ice?

I work in Montgomery and when my coworkers and I order delivery it comes from this Chipotle. I have never been inside so I can’t comment on the in-person ordering. However, whenever we have it delivered it’s great!! It’s always fresh, bowls are packed, and typically made correctly. Occasionally we might be missing a guac or dressing, but 95% of the time it’s right. We call this “the good chipotle”

This is my local Chipotle. I have no problem with the staff. However, this store always seems to have multiple problems with how it is managed. Either closed or only accepting online orders. Last night they were out of white rice on the in-store customer side of the buffet. When I noticed they had plenty of white rice in the online order service area, I was told they could not give me that rice because the customers had already paid for it. That was a dissatisfying answer since I am there to pay for rice as well. The other management issue is that the white rice was not going to be ready for another 30 minutes. It only takes about 30 minutes for white rice to cook, so they obviously didn’t start a new batch until after they ran out. Better management would certainly have started a new batch of white rice when they were running low, not when they were completely out. One more issue is the cleanliness of the store. It doesn’t look like anyone cleans as they go. Food all over the counter tops, tables, floor. Poor management. There is another location that isn’t as convenient, but I’ll start going there.

Some pretty terrible customer service overall. People with earbuds in you have to repeat your order over and over to, employees wearing sunglasses, and an overall lack of initiative on anyone behind the counter who will make the entire line wait so they can ask for something instead of hopping in and taking action to keep things moving.

We like this location due to the proximity to our house. At the beginning it was great. Tonight we ordered food on the app at 8:20pm. When we arrived all employees were hanging outside and said they were closed. Google says they don’t close till 10… Maybe Google is wrong, but either way if they are actually closed they shouldn’t accept the order. They instructed us to call corporate to get out money back. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

had never been to this location until last night, they had our food ready (we did pickup) we get home and i open my burrito and find a used bandaid stuck between my burrito and the foil. my appetite was gone after that and we are yet to get a refund. very disappointed. my boyfriend didn’t even want to eat his burrito. do not go to this location.

Often times service is a touch slow and folks feel like the customer is a bit of a nuisance especially if you come within an hour or closing time. Sometimes service is good though. The parking lot situation is terrible…too tight and not enough spaces.

Love chipotle! Would not recommend this location. On more than one occasion have been denied service over an hour before closing. Told once they were closed over an hour before posted, door obviously open. Final straw was when told they wouldn’t be making our online order upon arrival, once again an hour before closing. Skip this location.

This place is bit weird. We usually go to pick dinner up and normally they would run out of one or the other toppings. This time they loaded my bowl with so much rice that I had to throw away! No one cares to smile as they are so busy or lean staffed.
