I went to this location on Friday August 25,2023. It was shockingly dirty and disgusting. I had my grandkids with me and they were starving. We ordered food, they were out of more than half the ingredients. There were food left overs in between each holding location from the day. It was unkept and unbelievably disorganized. The staff didn’t seem to care about what I wanted. They were very disconnected with me or what I wanted. Every table was dirty with left overs from the previous customer, so we sat on the stools by the windows in the back. Ants were crawling on the table there, so we held our food off the table. I killed 3 ants during my stay. There were chips crushed on the floor from the entrance, around the tables, and everywhere in between. All drinks were empty except for the soda machine. I took some pictures but don’t see a place to post them here. (I see it now) This was not a busy time during the day, it was around 1:15 so there was no rush. I don’t usually complain but this was shocking and disgusting. I’ll never go back there! Trash can was overflowing also. Wow! My first and last experience here….

Let’s start by saying I love Chipotle. I usually get 2 bowls per week. I was happy a new location was built closer to my home. Since this new Chipotle has been built the food has been nasty. Or we don’t have it. Earlier this week they didn’t have green peppers or onions. Ok ill deal without it. Today they had no steak. Real big bummer! Today the chips were hard and dripping with grease. It was like they just let them absorb grease. My bowl was dripping grease as well. The vegetables are diced or they are chunks. The cilantro is whole and not chopped up. Today’s bowl went right into the trash. I am VERY upset that I spend alot to eat here for the quality to be below standards. I’m posting pics so you can see for yourself.

I don’t care what anyone says, this Chipotle is fantastic. Sometimes they’re a little bit busy and get a little behind but you can’t blame them when you see the amount of customers they have on a daily basis. The manager is fantastic and every time I come in she recognizes me by name, which just adds to the hospitality. I highly recommend this Chipotle to anyone in the area. Try to be patient with the employees, they’re doing their best. You Can’t Blame a restaurant for running out of sour cream or guacamole a couple hours before the day is over, it happens, it’s life.

Our favorite Chipotle! When it first opened there were some kinks to iron out but since then, everything has been great. During the school year we sometimes went more than once weekly, and now weekly. Chipotlane is awesome, usually ready in 7 minutes. The staff inside are awesome! Occasionally they are out of something, but it’s a rural store, it’s to be expected.

I gave 1 star because I had to give one. I love Chipotle. One of my top 3 favorite places to eat. I was excited to have one closer. The first 2 times food was great. Service was even better. The last few times I have been there they are out of almost everything and not very friendly. Tonight’s experience will be why I never go back to this location. It was 830pm. They were out of multiple meats, chips and lettuce. Those are just the things I noticed because I asked for them. I asked the employee if they were making more he said as of right now no. I asked are you making anymore tonight he said no. I asked what time they closed. He said they close at 10pm. I said your telling me at 830pm you are not going to make anymore food when your open until 10. He said well I can ask. He goes and talks to someone at the pick up window. She told him no they were not making anymore but would get some steak out of the pick up area for my food. I went with it because I was starving. It was awful my son and I were very disappointed. The rice was hard the steak was dry and the burritos were far from normal size. I they had 1 person at the register 2 people on the food line 1 person in the pick up window and 1 person cooking. I don’t know if that’s a full staff but I feel like it’s enough to accommodate the 830 and beyond crowd. We won’t go back until we hear it gets better.

I will NEVER set foot in this Chipotle ever again. Stood in line a long time, and ordered a Burrito bowl for here. They didn’t bother to tell me that they have no FORKS to eat said burrito bowl with. I had to get a refund, and go to work with no food for the entire night. Absolutely PITIFUL service. When I asked for my refund because I CAN’T EAT THE FOOD I ORDERED, not even a single apology. Awful. Never again.

I ordered an online order a few weeks ago and there wasn’t much in my bowl, so this time, I chose to go inside and order in person. Tonight, we ordered a salad in person and after getting through the line they told us there was no lettuce. There was a container of lettuce by the drive thru and refused to use the lettuce on our salad because it was “for the online orders only”, even though the salad we ordered had minimal lettuce mix to begin with. When asking them to try to use other lettuce, they stated they continued to say they have no more. After paying they didn’t put salad dressing in the bag. We asked for the salad dressing and they said they were out and never mentioned either of these things ahead of time. We were not offered a discount or comp. We will not be back and will take the extra 30 minute drive to get to Eastgate Chipotle instead given the customer service was pitiful.

Horrible!! I love Chipotle but I decided to try the new location. My order is very simple, white rice, black bean and chicken. We ordered 2 of the same. We got a bowl of soggy, overcooked rice with a few beans and very little chicken. All went to the trash. Except the chips, they were ok. I would have better off going to McDonalds!! I would never recommend this location. They may need to send the employees to Eastgate to train.

My husband and I originally were so excited to have a chipotle open closer to home. However, EACH and EVERY time we have come here, we are beyond disappointed. They are always either out of most of their options, or so SKIMPY with their portions that you aren’t even full from a meal (regardless if you ask them to add more). The tables are always dirty, and I honestly feel like they should pay me for the amount of times I’ve had to clean my own table. We have given this place multiple chances, but can say we will not be coming back to this location.

This location has failed to have any order prepared on time when ordering on the app. Sitting at drive up window for over twenty minutes past time promised. Ordered two burritos! Took total of 44 minutes! Worker was not pleasant saying “there are only four people working in here”. No indoor customers. This was approximately 3p on a Saturday!!
