I don’t know why, but it seems every time we go to this location there are issues. Food quality is horrible here, and half the time it is wrong. The other locations nearby are great though.

The service here has been bad for a while. I should have gone to the other location a little further away… Pickup was supposed to be at 6:10. I waited until 6:22. Even though they weren’t busy, but no big deal…things happen right? My daughter’s chocolate milk is room temperature. They told me they currently only have WARM milk. Strike 2! Then I bite into my barbacoa tacos… Occasionally you get a fatty piece, it’s barbacoa. This piece was awful. After a minute, I try again… even worse bite the next time… This place is disgusting and I won’t be back. I wanted to post pictures of the meat, but it’s to gross to do so. Please don’t eat here!!!

There was a full size Chipotle wrapper inside my daughter’s burrito. She saw something and started pulling it out, and you could clearly see the print on it. She then took it to the counter to get a new one, and they told her to get back in line and they would replace it. The gentleman in line could clearly see that this was rude and let her go in front of him. The dining area was also dirty. We had to go outside in order to find a clean table. They replaced her burrito, and then she found an avocado skin the size of a half dollar in that burrito. This isn’t quite as gross but still not what you want to find or eat. We frequently eat at different Chipotles and have never had this experience before. This one was very disappointing. Wish I would’ve taken pictures.

All three workers in the front were either high or truly didn’t care. Constantly acting confused and messing up every order not just mine. They couldn’t even understand what each other was saying let alone the customers. One guy spent 5 minutes trying to wrap a burrito for the customer in front of me before she told him to just put it in a bowl. Worst experience I’ve had at any chipotle.

Was late? With my food. Order? Ordered online arrived in the store when it said it would be ready and didn’t get it until 30 minutes after and then the order was wrong. Very little portions. Just cheap. Store was a mess and employees were joking and clowning around. I personally will not go back.

They were busy and unorganized. They mixed up toppings on 2 of the bowls, tried to put the lids on before I was finished ordering and when my wife called to see if they would remake hers they blamed it on me for ordering it that way. I wouldn’t recommend this location

Bald guy with the beard and glasses gives you about 4 grains of rice in your bowl and a portion of chicken that wouldn’t even fill a ticks stomach. Also acts like he hates his life and the world. Hate going here, but it’s usually a fan favorite at the shop, so I’m forced to eat here.

Worst experience at this location. One long bearded with glasses white guy was rude while we ask for extra and some smoke sauce. First of, he must have to wear beard net!! He needs to fire if he’s working like that! Not good hygiene as well. He needs to learn more!
