Since this location has opened their guacamole hasn’t been very good at all. No flavor,looks really bad. The rice is very dry and sticky. Their staff isn’t the friendliest either. We’ve been their 4 times and each visit has been the same.

I 100% do not recommend ordering online for the drive thru. I ask for extra rice and they will barely put any, they will put very little of everything when I order through the drive thru. So I go inside now. I wish they had better separation of the food. I can’t have dairy and half the time I can’t get the guacamole because the cheese has fallen in it. I don’t think that’s the employees’ fault, just how the restaurant chain is set up. However. The food is always delicious. The employees are always kind. And it’s easy to scan Chipotle rewards.

Every time we have ordered from this particular restaurant online, the portions are extremely small. And they are usually incorrect. My chicken taco had like a tablespoon of rice on it, maybe 12 black beans, four pieces of chicken, and a smidge of cheese. They didn’t even put on the other toppings, like salsa, lettuce, and sour cream. Totally pathetic. When you try to call and complain, no one answers the phone and the automated system is useless Done with this place!

It’s definitely better than the one in Oxford, and I hear they pay well. But with that being said, they need to make some changes as far as employees go. I know fast food places are usually where teens/young adults start out but I’ve watched as some of them goof of in the back or on their phones for extended periods of time. Management needs to get on top of this, these young employees are going to end up getting different jobs and think they can slack off and play on their phones and that’s not setting them up for success because they will be fired. In my experience working fast food we had that a lot and those same teens who got payed to do pretty much nothing can’t keep a job now because their former workplace let them get away with it (Burger King is the worst when it comes to this). But other than that the food was good, kind of expensive so nobody (besides the cop I see eat there every single day) can have it a lot because how bad our economy is, no matter what “class” you’re in, everyone is feeling inflation so eating out somewhere that’s costly just isn’t a viable option right now for a lot of us. Once inflation is down, a considerable amount, then sure. I can see me making this a place I go to on days where I work late or don’t feel like cooking etc. I’ll consider giving 5 stars once I have an experience there where the people payed to do a job are all doing their job, not making the hard workers work harder as the others just get by with their laziness. Stuff like that makes me incredibly upset, I want to give 3 stars because of it but in reality it’s the management that doesn’t do anything about it, enabling them. They’ll lose their good workers and we will get food made by people who may have worked there a while but have been so lazy they don’t even know how to properly do their job and the quality of the food will fall, fast. Please get your people in line management, that’s your job!

I haven’t been to Chipotle for years..I finally went and it was as good as it ever was. I had the Barbacoa bowl and my friend had the spicy chicken. He said he really enjoyed it. Not sure if I like the “Industrial” type interior of this or any of them. It’s not inviting and looks sloppily out together. They did put some table and chairs outside though which was a nice touch. All in all it was a pleasureable visit. I think I will try to get the Tacos next time. Someone in line got those and they looked really good.

This is the 5th order I have gotten from their website delivered to my house that has been lacking, severely. I paid $3.95 for guacamole which was the equivalent of maybe 1 1/2 TBSP on my burrito bowl not to mention the 10 little strips of lettuce I got. Also, the cheese was also missing more than usual. I’m done ordering from them until something changes with delivery. I have went in person before and my bowl was made normally. I am a stay at home mom with 2 young boys and my husband is working out of state at the moment. Both of my boys are sick and going to places is a bit tricky. I have no family or friends within 2 hours so I’m just incredibly frustrated that one my favorite restaurants has gone to such lengths that I am done with them at this location.

This place just continues to disappoint. I hadn’t ordered from Chipotle for several months due to menu items continually being being out of stock. Finally placed an order for a quesadilla and it was grossly overcooked chicken and cheese. None of my sides were included, they forgot every one of them. Huge disappointment.
