Manager doesn’t know how to direct his staff to make food in an efficient manner. Should have more than one person staffed on the line. All staff needs to be educated on gluten free protocols and really all protocols to make orders in this restaurant. Waited forever for meat. Over half was too fatty to eat.

Don’t order online from them. Whether it’s pick up or delivery they under portion it. From rice bowls to chips! Ordered a large a chips and queso along with a regular order and received equal size of both. Don’t bother paying for extra meat etc because you won’t get it.

This place never has anything fresh. I worked and helped open the chipotle in Mansfield. Anyways we Always ask for chips they said they were made in the morning. it is 3-4 a.m. by this point. When did they start making a million bags of chips just for them to sit all day they are no good are stale. I’m sorry but I’m mad I work hard for my money and guacamole with chips is expensive. Just saying come on.

The service staff is weak and usually unprepared. The food is good as long as they’re not scraping it out of the bottom of the bins. Would be nice to see a manager hovering around monitoring operations.

Poor customer service. I had multiple items to order and get cutoff after my first item to wait on the next people in line. I politely informed the girl waiting on me that I had more items. She rolled her eyes and the two girls proceeded to talk about me while I’m standing right there. Tried to buy chips and salsa since there was full racks of chips, didn’t think that would be a problem….THOSE chips are for mobile orders only and wouldn’t sell me a bag lol. Sad to see the Norwalk location becoming just like Sandusky.

Always been a fan of this franchise, however it’s very hit and miss with quality. There is often a feeling of not caring about the job there. Always seems very messy in the food prep area which is very clearly visible from the counter. Ordering online has often netted orders that are missing items and fixing the issue can be a hassle. Biggest issue seems to be under cooked rice which happens frequently.

I went inside and waited over 20 minutes. They did not have white rice. Did not have steak and half the Meat They did have looked dried out. There is only one girl working the line and one guy at the cash register. Just standing there watching her make the food.
