Food is normally always fresh but the guy who served today 7/11/23 gave half a spoonful of things then tells you it’s going to be extra for more. Like you didn’t even give me the right serving of chicken to begin with. This is a rip off. Like pathetic for $16 for a regular size bowl and drink.

Was hired by the company supposed to talk to general manager about my hours. General manager called off that day when I showed to call me Tuesday to talk to me about my hours. I called them for them to tell me. My position was filled when I was already hired. Then they post my position 6 days later on indeed.

First time back to Chipotle in a while. It was disappointing before and it was still disappointing today (7-24-2023). Portions were skimpy. Rice and steak were both ridiculously dry. Extremely light portion sizes on toppings (salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. Save yourself the money and go to Hot Heads, they are superior in every way possible

i was so disappointed in chipotle last night. my mobile order took 10 minutes more than it should’ve (i even gave them 20 minutes to do it, i didn’t do the “quickest” time). i got home and our order was COMPLETELY wrong. i’m usually okay with 1 or 2 mistakes but they completely messed up my order. there was 1 bowl and 3 soft tacos and they switched the ingredients. there was hot sauce on my tacos so i didn’t eat them. i love this chipotle but they disappointed me.

It’s chipotle y’all. I order every Thursday or Friday through the chipotle app so I don’t have to wait in line. It’s always good. I have never had a bad experience there. It also seems like the quantity is bigger ordering through the app which I’m happy about. Their Mexican coke and sprite are the bomb.

I’ve gone to the Austintown Chipotle a few times now and every time the same lady makes the bowls with extremely small portions and she doesn’t even try to put the toppings in my crunchy tacos. She just spoons it across the bowl. Even though She moves quickly there is no quality or presentation to her work. I’ll just make the trip to Austintown 46 or Canfield.

Skimpy to go portions. Even paying extra for double meat doesn’t get you a full scoop unless you order in person. We had a group order today for lunch and they were all super skimpy. This chipotle is the worst in Mahoning county.

When you order Chipotle on delivery from one of the apps vs when you get it in person the size of the portion is noticeably smaller. It’s almost like they are trying to save their portions on you because they know you aren’t there to say anything about being short on it.
