I’ll start off by saying they just opened and I chose to take my food to go because the trash was piled up so high. Not to mention the chicken was awful this time around. Fatty, chewy, not sure what was going on with the cook. I gave it a few tries but after multiple disappointing attempts I will not try or recommend this place. I highly recommend going elsewhere like hot heads.

I get chipotle almost 3-5 days a week regularly. This location is 0-6 on having the Chipotle Tabasco at 8pm. That ingredient makes the whole bowl for me. Please put ALL the ingredients on behind the line. Leaving out the Tabasco causes people to over use it or steal it. I shouldn’t have to wait till I’ve paid to be told you don’t have an ingredient. 6 times in a row 6 different days. Meal should be free. Also, their old signs were in a font you could actually read. Because they raised their price, they think they can just make it unreadable and no one will notice. This is 3x 13 pro max iPhone zoom on price from back of line. The food is prepared better than several other locations although ingredient quality used to be significantly better a few years back (the canola oil the use gives me horrible runs), staff is friendly but they do like to skimp on portions and shake the spoon. Staff mood depends on the day. It’s also getting more and more expensive, but product isn’t getting any better.

Every single time we order from this Chipotle it’s an issue. This time an $11 order of chips and guac was just not included and this is what my quesadilla looked like when it arrived. Give me a break. And if you try and get a hold of someone to try to get a refund you get an automated system. Such a joke.

The last time I ordered here through the app for some reason the orders were not placed on the shelf. There were probably like 15 orders in the back I saw and each person had to go up to the cashier and ask for their order. I will try to order once more but if I have to wait and ask the cashier for my order and it not be on the shelf, I will never return. It’s such an inconvenience to have to wait when they advertise it as a “grab and go.” Yeah I see it in the back but can’t grab it. Ridiculous
