I ordered lunch for a meeting at work and did it through catering. The order came early so food wasn’t so warm. I also paid $25 delivery fee with my placed order through the website and door dasher was sent with the order. The guy had me pulled from the meeting and wanted a tip. I explained to him I placed it online and already paid for delivery $25. He made a scene and was very rude. I don’t need this in a place of work it was very unprofessional. If you are collecting delivery fees then that needs to go to your delivery service I shouldn’t have to pay that twice or be approached by the driver. Corporate companies are choosing to subcontract their deliveries and that shouldn’t be an issue for the person placing an order. We do a lot of business with you through my place of work and this was just unexpected and has been noted with my company.

I always have issues with quality of service and portion sizing at this location but this was the last time we will be going there. There was a large bug in my bowl, ordered in store, directly on top (thankfully). Absolutely disgusting.

For this review I’m rating this in comparison to other Chipotles and similar types of restaurants. I give this particular location 5 stars. This is probably my favorite location I’ve been to in the Cleveland area – I’ve been here about 5 times. The flavor of the food is consistently good and the bowls are neatly put together and have decent proportions of everything. They bowls aren’t particularly stuffed, but I’ve never felt they skimped on anything. Their chips have never been stale. I usually do take out, but their food counter, tables etc looks pretty clean from what I’ve seen, which is extremely refreshing compared to some of the Chipotles I’ve been in lately. I’ve never seen a huge line and they seem relatively quick. I asked a staff member for some sauce lids and she was very polite and friendly- honestly, this location reminds me of how Chipotle used to be, and I’m glad this location is nearby! I highly recommend!

I can’t believe what I just watched.. I ordered pick up for 8pm… I get there around 7:55… I expect to wait 5 or so mins.. I end up waiting til 8:20… the guy working looks at me and asks what my name was and what time my order went in… he proceeds to look at a wrapped burrito that’s been sitting there during the entirety of my 25 minutes and hands me the bag…. I don’t think I need to say anything else food was cold

Every single time I place an order for pickup from this location it is wrong. Items are frequently missing despite being clearly labeled on the sticker. Most recently I ordered double fajita veggies – there were NONE on my bowl. All you get from customer service thru the app is a coupon for a free drink. Irritating. Can’t order it for delivery thru Uber either because the restaurant policies make it very easy for drivers to scam you and steal your food. Done with this store.

If I could give no stars I would. This location is the absolute worst. The store is always dirty, the staff doesn’t pay attention half the time, minus the couple workers that actually work. The food is ALWAYS terrible. The portions are wrong every time, they mess up orders way too often and when they are out of things, they won’t tell you until you go to pay that they didn’t have it. They honestly need to just shut this place down or get 95% new employees. My company goes here weekly and we have never had the orders made right/ labelled etc. (we normally order for 5-10 people). We will absolutely never be going to this location again. Don’t waste your money.

So sad…we gave this Chipotle one more chance today and it just couldn’t come through. Short on staff, hardworking staff that are there, no communication to the customers who have waited in the long, long line that there are: no bowls (really, they ran out of paper bowls so all they could serve was burritos), no chicken, no quac, no sour cream. How can you run a business like this? Next time we need a Chipotle fix, we’ll be heading east or north. Nice try.
