Macedonia Chipotle absolutely hands down the best around! I live at this place during my work week say I have been too many Chipoltes. They are always consistent they are always happy and the restaurant’s always clean. I actually drive out of my way on my lunch hour to go to this location. They are always working their butts off and have a smile on their face!

Was very disappointed after ordering online and spending twelve dollars for six dollars worth of food, this is not the first time I have been shorted on the amount of food at this location but it is the worst. I do not normally leave reviews but this is ridiculous, I would rather drive to Twinsburg then return to Northfield chipotle unless this problem is fixed.

Ordered a chicken bowl and chicken burrito. Asked for black beans on both. They were barely enough black beans for the ball in the person at the counter started pushing it on to the next station. I asked for more beans on the bowl and we had to wait for more to get delivered to the serving station. Requested mild salsa on the bowl and corn salsa with a little hot salsa on the burrito. The bowl was fine. The burrito at way too much hot salsa on it. The burrito was also folded improperly. When I got it home and tried to eat it the entire thing fell apart spilling the contents all over the place. Also some of the meet on the burrito was cold. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I might give it another try, I’m not sure yet.

I visit Chipotle regularly at different places. This is so far one of the least organized locations I have had. The food table is littered with foods and the containers are also mixed with items from other containers.

I ordered a delivery I got my food it was not right I called they asked me to bring it back I don’t have my car so I asked a Co worker so I can go to the restaurant when I get there she told me she got me ex meat that’s fine but then lied and said they gave me chips and queso when I got back to work there was non I also ordered from here yesterday and they was very stingy with portions I paid for

Portions are low for request of double portions, charged for extra rice and extra wrap. Very inconsistent compared to several other local chipotle’s that do not charge for extra rice or a double wrap. Entire region of chipotle in Cleveland area seems to have gone pretty far downhill since the pandemic.

I love chipotle as a chain, but not this location. Food is simply not good. It is ice cold and over seasoned. Steak was so rubbery, that I gave up not even finished a half of my meal. I had a feeling that I am eating cold leftovers from a few days ago. The place by itself is very dirty. Service was quick that’s why 2 stars instead of 1.
