Where do I begin? Actually looking at the pictures I took yesterday I’m embarrassed to say I ate here. I witnessed some of the filthiest conditions. Staff was friendly and all but I really think each of them had enough time to step up the cleaning of this restaurant and help get this location cleaned up & wiped down! So many company and health violations. Food temp was off I was so disappointed I left. This is not the Chipotle that I love. I’ll let my pictures finish the rest of my review.

I get it, some high school kids are working a starter job for some cash. That is not an excuse to be sloppy and careless though. Food and toppings were all over the counter and even in the drink area. The trash was overflowing and all of the line items were mixed together due to the line worker not knowing how to use a spoon. I’m trying to be understanding but at the same time, they get paid too much to be this lazy. But behind all bad workers is a bad manager, so if the manager cares to see this, get your act straight (:

Food is never made correctly, service is slow, staff doesn’t ever seem to know what they’re doing. I’m someone who always gives fast food workers the benefit of the doubt because I know they deal with a lot for little pay. However, the amount of times I’ve had issues at this location is ridiculous. You’ll order a bowl and get the opposite of what you ordered. You’ll sit in the pickup lane for 20 minutes after your designated pickup time during non-busy hours. The workers will ask for your name 5 times because they can’t communicate with one another. You’ll ask them a question and they’ll just stare at you like you have two heads. I’ve also heard this location is dirty, though I’d rather not go inside and check myself.

It’s Chipotle, always a train wreck! The meat is always burnt up or full of fat & gristle. Rice under cooked or not mixed up. They are always out of something. Always have to wait for them to cook or chop something. More times than I can count, I have seen the clowns cooking and cutting the meat drag their feet because people keep asking for chicken. No one ever gives you what you ask for. It’s filthy, workers are rude, management is incompetent. Overpriced, underwhelming garbage. Do yourself a favor and skip this trian wreck and go to Condado’s or anywhere else.

Honestly, every time I come to the Chipotle, it’s one extreme or the other. Most of the time the workers move slower than a snail for no reason at all. they can be fully stocked and act like they don’t give a care in the world that you are standing in line for 15-20 minutes for a chipotle bowl. Today they were pretty fast, and I was surprised but the girl at the end of the line, closing up the bowls, had sour cream cheese and lettuce all over the counter, and was scooting all the bowls through it. She had a streak leading all the way to the register… I watched her halfway wipe down the counter with her gloves, and then wipe her hands across her apron. She then continue to use the same gloves to get peoples cheese and lettuce. I hesitate to get cheese in my bowl because she didn’t change her gloves. I just wish chipotle would please step up their game for their customer service and cleanliness on the line

This ain’t the best chipotle y’all. I think it is just crazy busy here die to it’s location in the big population center of mentor. The food has been good, and the new al pastor is actually quite nice, lots of flavor. They are frequently out of stuff however, and routinely get the online orders wrong. Again, this place is usually swamped, so not judging too hard.

Food is delicious but there is so much inconsistency on portion sizes. Service 9/10 times is bad. There is no consistency on them having the vinaigrette dressing either. Sometimes everything is perfect but other times it’s not. To eat here isn’t cheap so it’s really disappointing when it’s one of the bad times. Which unfortunately seems to be more often than not. I can no longer order through the app for the pickup lane due to to many problems.

Driving back home and decided to stop and get the usual barbacoa bowl. Ordered online and went through Chipotlane. Order was ready when I arrived. Got home. Found I was given carnitas instead of barbacoa. Also found 3/4 of the bowl was rice and barely a scoop of carnitas or anything else. Should have checked reviews before wasting my money.

I get chipotle nearly everyday and always dine in. While paying I asked for a cup for water and was told this chipotle doesn’t give out water cups. For someone who doesn’t drink pop or juice I am then unable to have anything to drink. It’s embarrassing for this chipotle to treat there customers like that. Literally almost any food establishment gives water. And nearly every chipotle does as well, but apparently not this one. Won’t be returning to this terrible chipotle.

I just stopped in chipotle and they had an error with their cash portal. The manager Erin was extremely thoughtful and handled the situation with class if anyone needs a raise in there it clearly is her. I will be coming back in the future!
