Pretty good place, the food was fresh and the employees let you take your time in picking what foods you want and even taste a small sample incase it was to spicy my wife loved it, I’ve had it before here it is still good, not dry, tender to, but this time I couldn’t have any, because I just had 8 teeth pulled , 3 months to go and after that here I come double order.

Lost my business today. Online gave error when trying to add my card. This tends to happen often. Manager couldn’t help and only way to eat is wait in line. So I ordered elsewhere, not Chipotle, that worked online.

Chipotle is always a go to favorite for a semi healthy fast food meal. Some of their stores are great, but others the quality and service have really seemed to slip. Just like simply giving more of an F and not mixing ingredients together in the bins. Ordering a vegan burrito and finding chunks of chicken in it is gross. Good help is key to a business. Find good people and pay them well, it’s no good for anyone being served my someone who is miserable and doesn’t care. Make no mistake, I still will go to Chipotle! but I’ve decided to rule out a few of their stores in the Cleveland area for these reasons.

sometimes I have to have lunch delivered and even though my job is located in Avon, delivery comes from the NR location and they ALWAYS skimp on portions for delivery …. This is supposed to freaking double chicken! Yes there are a few scragglers of a piece here and there but I could tell by the weight before I ever opened it – that it was light on something…. This is absolutely ridiculous, i never have this problem going into Avon or Westlake locations…. Avoid delivery from this place…. It’s a effing joke

The appearance of the food serving area was so disgusting that I threw away the food I ordered and went elsewhere, there was cross contamination, brown lettuce, and the tofu looked like it was 3 days old and adhered to the container! Horribly disgusting place, and many workers not caring! Yucko!
