Ordered a large guacamole and chips along with 2 bowls for lunch 11:40am. We opened the guacamole and it was brown- i immediately went in and asked for a fresh one and I was given and eye roll- and given a replacement. It appeared to be a new batch, however it was fresh put on top of the same old guac- pictured here. Not sure why this location is serving brown guacamole at 11:40am.

Ordered two bowls and a side of chips to be delivered. Bowls came without guacamole (even though I paid extra for it in both bowls) and no sour cream. One of them was also missing rice??? There were also huge stalks of cilantro in the bowls. I also received no chips. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever eaten at. (Sour cream in pic was added at my house)

Absolutely, horrible experience. First I was told they were out of chicken and then miraculously. Once I said, I would wait for chicken to be cooked. There was chicken next. They made my food and proceeded to just leave it on the counter and help other customers in front of me, and behind me and skip over me. The restaurant was a hot mess and a walking health code violation. Crew are on their phones. Most of the time hats, worn backwards manager couldn’t seem to care less just cared about getting out of there. Absolutely horrible customer service and they were out of almost everything for a restaurant that was still open for another hour and a half. So I went to Sheffield and got much better service.

So I did a DoorDash pickup and they messed up one of the burritos and won’t accommodate me properly. There was BARELY any meat and it was the WRONG meat. They added rice when there was not supposed to be any. They want me to call a 1800 number so I can get a credit I asked for. I live 15 minutes away and they want me to come to the store so I can get a replacement. They want me to be inconvenienced after they have already messed up my order. The order was wrong and made like garbage. Will not be returning. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered online, a double chicken bowl and not only is it not double chicken, its hardly a regular portion. Frustrating that I pay for a something EXTRA and get robbed of my hard earned money. It’s not like this was a complicated order. Whoever make this order should work somewhere else zero care for the customer. We were credited a free entre, not my money back to use at another place to buy reliable dinner. Goes to show how little they care to resolve the issue. Just throw a gift card at it and shut the customer up.

So if you go to this location do the drive through. In store they supply the drive through with all choices. I came inside and got a chicken bowl. Out of black beans, out fajita veggies, drive through was loaded with everything. So less options coming inside and still charge you full price for ordering a typical order. Bad business model for patrons to come inside and not be given same options as their drive through. So happy to pay for my meal with less options. Definitely need to address this for people coming into the store. Probably won’t return to this location because after a long day you want to have what you want.

Not sure why I keep going to this location. It’s never all that. Just left a on at 8:10 pm. The entire dining room was closed and the barbacoa and sofritas were burnt bottom of the barrel. What’s going on? Closes at 10?? Service was ok

Yesterday I ordered online and unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering from this location… the one on Abbe rd is better they know how to cook until the meat is done . Upon receiving and eating my chicken burrito half with steak … both meats were cold and not even close to being done internally. Chicken should have a char and be firm not slipped and wet. They cannot and repeat cannot cook chicken. My steak was chewing and rubbery and I had more rice and black beans than anything else. I woke up this morning and I have a bad stomach ache and I have been on the toilet all day basically.,, I only ate about a quarter of my burrito. It was that Inedible. My suggestion is to avoid this chipotle and go to one where the cooks take pride in their food. Utterly disgusting. I won’t be returning. Trust me go to Abbe rd

Ordered through the app for 6:20 and didnt get my order til 6:35 and none of the employees seemed to be concerned with the other 4 people who were also waiting for food. It would have literally been faster to drive to the Westlake location and order in person, than it was to wait for an order that I PLACED AHEAD OF TIME THROUGH THE APP.
