They never give enough lettuce? I’ve ordered salads and they only give a handful like would be on top of a bowl. There was hardly any food in the salad. Asked for extra lettuce on bowls too and it’s the same amount as normal. Then today, only a few pieces on my bowl. And it was cold and looked like someone dropped it. Not warm like it was once hot but actually cold like it was never heated up correctly. The chips were way too salty and stale, they were soft. This location is stingy with portions and it’s not like the food is cheap. Overall just a waste of money.

WOW!! I just experienced the best service and best food from a restaurant in a long time. Shout out to Tony who went above and beyond. Everyone in my party raved about their food and Tony’s service. When I mentioned to another staff member that I had an allergy Tony jumped in to help and make sure there was no cross-contamination in addition to teaching the new employee the allergy protocol. You are phenomenal Tony! I appreciate you.

Don’t order delivery. Staff is trained to give “normal” sized portions to patrons that aren’t present during preparation. Meaning, that bowl won’t be nearly full. Real slap in the face given that you literally pay 13%-15% more per menu item, plus service fees for delivery orders. Pay more, get less. Place needs an integrity check.

Asking for extra rice is like you taking from they’re paycheck. Skimpy so you gotta be a bit aggressive when asking. If your not satisfied just ask for more again. They rush you through the line as quick as possible which is fine if your being fair about your portions which they often are not. Price for a bowl has increased in cost and portions have decreased. The employees seem miserable.

I frequent this chipotle as if I live here. A few weeks ago I was given the wrong mobile order. It was slightly inconvenient but not the end of the world. My complaint isn’t with the mistake, however. My complaint is with the manager working that night. Was it necessary yelling at your staff like that? Does the power trip help you sleep at night?

The food is not the issue & the workers are not the issue, but I think it’s very unfair that only provide a discount for police officers & not veterans! I’m not putting down police officers, or saying anything bad, but veterans fight for our country & our freedom! They should be eligible for the discount as well! My significant other was in the Iraqi war & served our country 4 years over seas & fought for our freedom. Please consider Changing your discount policy! A gentleman went in & asked for the discount in there & they denied him stating they only do police discounts.

This establishment is ridiculous. We went in for a bowl and a side of chips and guacamole but to the horror we were meet by including nasty workers, up charges, and a long wait time for food on the grill. We were charged extra for a normal scoop of guacamole when we ask for more we got a nasty look and we’re ignored the first time we asked. Workers in the back were complaining about customers wanting food that’s on the grill. Waited 20 minutes just to be served then had to wait for chips to be made after paying. This is a horrible establishment and I want to inform everyone before going to this restaurant if it can even be called that!!!
