Asked the female cashier this evening for 2 slices of lemon or lime with my meal, she said limes are for store use only, I told her I never had a problem asking for this. She went back and came back with one slice. When I got to my hotel, I realized the slice was already squeezed/used and had no juice. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behavior!

I enjoyed my visit to Chipotle Mexican Grill in Defiance, Ohio. The restaurant is easy to find, near US 24 and N Clinton StreetAd1. The service was fast and friendly, and the online ordering was convenient. I ordered a burrito bowl with steak, rice, beans, cheese, guacamole and salsa. It was fresh, flavorful and filling. The steak was tender and well-seasoned, and the guacamole was creamy and delicious. The restaurant was clean and cozy, but the prices were little high. I would definitely go back to Chipotle Mexican Grill in Defiance again.

Came for lunch yesterday, service and selection was very good. I ordered a bowl with the chicken flavors were excellent. Large portions, ended up getting a lid to take my leftover portion home. Warmed it up today and put it in a tortilla for a burrito. The flavors were even better and more than enough for a second meal. Got me to thinking you could run in for a chicken bowl and go home and make probably four burritos for a quick family meal with no mess. Staff was friendly and very helpful to a first time Chipotle customer. I will be back.

I really like chipotle’s food, but yesterday evening was hands down the worst service I’ve received at a chipotle. They weren’t particularly busy, as there were only 3 or 4 people in line behind us when we were getting our food, but the guy making our food was very pushy, rushing us down the line. This was particularly an issue because our 4 kids have only been to chipotle once before and needed a few seconds to decide what they wanted. He also wasn’t consistent with the portions, skimping on a lot of the ingredients randomly (like the practically toothpick sized line of black beans in my bowl, or lack of rice in one of the kids bowls). Of course when we sat down to eat, the kids complained because they didnt get all they wanted on their bowls, and mine wasn’t well made either honestly. There were no name tags, so before leaving I asked one of the workers what the guy’s name was, and they said Alex Castro. He had a tattoo on his left arm that distinguished him from the other workers there yesterday. If I go back to this chipotle, I will be requesting that someone else make our bowls. I was very disappointed with his customer service, and my kids don’t need to be rushed through their food choice. He’d barely stop for even a second, and even moved on before I could say something, when I knew exactly what I wanted. Unacceptable. The food was good as always, though he went heavy on the hot salsa when I requested light, and light on several ingredients that I would’ve liked the normal amount on.

I would love to eat here a lot but they are always out of items. They do not prep enough food to cover until 10pm at night! Lima Chipotle is a million times better! With Defiance being such a nice big town I can’t believe they have such a poor running Chipotle! Please improve!!!!

Our food was cold and even though it was only 6pm they were out of a few things. The person behind the counter said they were out of cheese when not even 5 minutes later we saw someone with a bunch of cheese, the drinks were alomst out and the trash was over flowing
