We arrived later in the evening, yet the food was good and fresh tasting! What was even better is the staff was still friendly, and didn’t act annoyed at all that we there an hour before closing up until close! We were thrilled there was a place open, with friendly staff and good food as a bonus, where we could eat in the dining room! Way to go Bellefontaine Chipotle!

Chipotle drive through is a joke. I ordered two chicken bowels one with double meat DID NOT GET I asked for extra corn DID NOT GET sour cream DID NOT GET. The other one had like 5 pieces of chicken asked for black beans got like 12 beans and asked for fajita veggies DID NOT GET. The sad part is I watched the guy double check my order and bag it. Kerry is really turning this place around. She always has a smile on, is enthusiastic, and always hustling! The horrible previous management leaving is definitely noticeable around here. Rarely will you find a manager that will go above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of. I have watched her train the other employees and step in and work as much as she needs to get things done. Nothing but good things!

When I doordashed from this place, I only got guacamole and queso. At first I thought it was my fault because I forgot to clock everything else, but when I looked back on my receipt I had everything on there. I spent a good amount of money only to get 2 out of the multiple things I ordered. I’m not usually disappointed with this place but obviously this time they weren’t having a very good day.
