This is the absolute worst chipotle. Every single time I order there is an issue. They either forgot multiple items in the order or made my food incorrectly. The taste is also hardly ever on par with most chipotles. Dry rice, chewy chicken, etc. this time I ordered there was hardly anything in my tacos! They weren’t even filled a third of the way. I haven’t had a single positive experience with this location. I always have to reach out to customer service because they forgot something or made my order wrong. They never refund my money, they offer me a free entree or chips and the next time I order I have the same issue and reach out again. I will not be ordering from this chipotle anymore. I don’t understand how it’s so difficult to get an order right. Horrible food and customer service. Don’t order from here.

I recently visited Chipotle and while the food was tasty and reasonably priced, I had a few issues with my experience. The restaurant was quite busy and the lines were long, which made it difficult to place my order quickly. The service was okay, but the staff seemed rushed and did not take the time to explain the menu options or answer my questions thoroughly. Additionally, the seating area was quite crowded and loud, which made it difficult to enjoy my meal. On a positive note, the food was fresh and flavorful, and I appreciate that Chipotle uses high-quality ingredients. Overall, while I enjoyed the food, the long lines and crowded seating area detracted from my experience.

I ordered an online, I never asked for lettuce or spinach? Its not that hard to read off ingredient list and put it in a fkn bowl. Everytime I try this location something is wrong. Stop playing in people’s food and READ.

This place is comically awful. Last week I ordered a burrito with chips and salsa and got the salsa, but no chips. Today I ordered a burrito with chips and salsa and got no salsa. Also, my burrito had no toppings at all, just a paltry amount of chicken and rice. They missed the cheese, sour cream, and salsa. Everyone I know in the neighborhood who has walked in here has complained about the service. I don’t see how they can possibly have as many positive reviews as they have without faking some of them. Will not be ordering from this location again.

This was the first Chipotle I have visited where an employee not only greeted me, but she greeted everyone who entered the restaurant after me. Excellent customer service. Chipotle is delicious. Fast and friendly service. Convenient parking.

Paid for an order of 3 tacos but only received one. You’d think someone would notice one taco shouldn’t cost $9. And of course no one answers the phone. Customer service is terrible here. I walked in a few weeks before with employees either standing around or walking past me without acknowledging my existence. And they have the nerve to ask for a tip when I make a mobile order? Yeah right

I ordered my food online and neither one of my meals had meat in it when I clearly ordered a steak bowl and a chicken bowl and didn’t get any chicken in my bowl or steak in the other bowl I really wanted my money back but I’m good just not goin there anymore
