Hi! I love chipotle they always have good food and I go to this location often. I went today and the first employee that gave me my protein did the usual. When I came to this second employee to finish off my bowl I asked for their extra string cheese. She flicked them off her fingers and moved on and I wasn’t able to get anymore. I asked if I could get it in a cup since she just flicked the “extra” as pieces of her finger. She said they charge a $1.55 which isn’t the issue, I’m able to pay for that. I just didn’t know that was implemented since I never had to at this location before and I go often. I went back in line because I forgot chips. I decided to ask the first employee I encountered if they charge extra for the string cheese and she said no they don’t and then the women talked over her and said they do. I just asked when they started charging for that because usually I get it with no issues and I was curious, she looked at me, ignored me and then walked away.I am completely fine with paying but this women wouldn’t answer one question for me and what she was applying to me, she didn’t apply to anyone else. The other employees said they’ve never charged for it. I was upset with her attitude towards me from the start and when I tried to just clarify it, since I wanted to know when the change happened, I was ignored. It was just unprofessional and she just didn’t offer any help. The food is always good. This employee just had an attitude and wasn’t really giving the customer service she’s supposed, it was just a simple answering a question and that was it. I told her I will pay I was just curious so I don’t feel like I was doing anything wrong asking. But to get ignored and flicking it off her fingers was just unprofessional, and then walking away.

DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU during peak dinner rush. I spent about 25 minutes stuck in the drive thru because it seems they dont have people who’s order isnt ready pull forward. Instead they let them wait at the window and it causes a huge backup. They didnt even apologize for the wait. I like the food, but this is the first and last time I use their pick up lane.

Always out of something. It’s hit or miss on availability of products from 6p-11p. Like how are you out of chips and it’s 6p or how do you run out of cheese at 6p. They don’t tell you so I spend all my time in line to get my food that I don’t even really want anymore. Some type of sign should be posted at the door or let people know when they are ordering. This has happened on so many different occasions.

Not all but some employees are very rude and just want to get through the day. It’s make it difficult to enjoy my time or feel satisfied when I’m getting rushed or undermined during the interaction. Other than the staff the food is always good and there not often out of ingredients.

Customer service: I’d give it more of 3/5. Many times of come and MANY people were working and only one person was doing the line with the line out the door. Please help your coworkers. With that, most of the time of been there, they just all have attitudes.

Consistently out of at least one ingredient ranging from chips to guac to chicken. Guac has consistently started to turn brown and sour. When I requested fresh without brown the actual suggestions was to stir in the brown so I couldn’t see it. Staff typically doesn’t know how to wrap a burrito. This is a horrible location.

If you go inside to order food you’ll be ignored. The staff will make many drive through or online orders and completely ignore you. Eventually they’ll make the orders for one of the parties in line and then go back to the online/drive through orders. They won’t even make eye contact. Actually showing up and going inside means you get treated like a second class citizen. Sigh. Also they shouted out after waiting for ten minutes they were only taking cash.
