There was a good size line due to an event, it went very quickly. My food was hot & delicious. I also used restrooms. Please take note to keep your receipt it is for paying customers use only, and there is a code at the bottom of your receipt. If you do what I did and throw away immediately, just ask the cashier, and they’ll tell you the code. I would come back here again. The bathrooms were very clean. The place over all was clean. One customer spilt their entire drink on the pop counter they immediately came out to clean it up. If you have never had chipotle, definitely give it a try. I got a chicken taco. No complaints here

Very clean and well stocked with napkins, utensils, sauce etc. However they didn’t fill my burrito as full as other locations typically do. I think it was probably just the workers and their burrito filling technique. Not mad just slightly less food than usual.

Food was very cold and rice was extremely hard like it was reheated! Guacamole was brown!!! I usually don’t complain but this restaurant is usually extremely rude every time I go inside one reason why I made my online order today! Now that I don’t even feel comfortable going in because all of the staff wakes up on the wrong side of the bed no matter how you approach them! Now I can’t even order online! Chipotle has definitely lost a loyal customer due to this location smh! Corporate needs to send in a team to give them all attitude adjustments or at least teach them how to smile!

I just received my food from Door dash. I called door dash and the manager of the store who completely dismissed my concern and lack of any type of empathy. For $30 dollars at least offer A refund s credit A kiss my A$&! SOMETHING. You instead want to tell me servings and measurements. How about you read what I ordered.

I have always been a fan of chipotle. I usually order their burrito bowl with chicken with a loads of veggies and other toppings, and an extra side of tortilla. This chipotle is just another usual one serving their best. I have had the opportunity to treat myself with a bowl from them. Everything was hot, fresh, and super tasty – exactly the way i expected.

Worst Chipotle along High St. Orders frequently miss items and have small portions. Ingredients aren’t always fresh and as tasty as other Chipotle’s. It’s worth ordering from other locations along High instead of this one.

Aside from the food being shoved to the side which was probably the delivery drivers fault, my bowl was literally half empty. Even once I spread it out it was less than half of what chipotle normally gives. On top of that, some of the rice was literally inedible because it was hard as a rock, it basically seemed uncooked. I made a complaint to the store on door dash but got no response. This was the worst chipotle I have ever had. I don’t blame the store entirely because I have gotten good food from them before, but tonight’s food was downright horrible.

And it’s not his fault I blame poor management and I don’t understand why they even got him up there serving burritos if he doesn’t know what he’s doing and they should have him do something else and have someone else serve! Ive never gotten worse portions from a chipotle in my entire life, you’ll be lucky to get half a serving of your protein and if you order online you’ll get half a bowls worth of food. The short white male cashier is always extremely rude as well.

Came here to get some chipotle because my boyfriend hasn’t had some in a while and it was alright. Not much flavor. I got a burrito bowl with half steak half carnitas with cheese and guacamole. I also got a cup for water and I’m quit pleased with the size. I hate when places give you an extra small cup for water like people who drink water only drink a little?! Anyways, they were supper busy but the line moved somewhat fast.
