I am very literal when I say this was absolutely the WORST Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Disgusting. I ordered dinner for my toddler and I for pickup through the pickup lane(because getting her in and out of the car seat is awful). I arrive on time and wait in the pickup line behind only two other cars for THIRTY MINUTES!! After I finally get to the window, I was in such a hurry to get back home that I didn’t check the bag before driving away from the window. I parked in the parking lot and opened the bag & noticed I was missing an entire meal and then other items i paid for. So i then have to park and pull my toddler out of her car seat and drag her into the restaurant that was horrifying. It smelled terrible, there was old food and trash all over the kitchen and flies swarming all around. I told them i was missing a meal at which point they walked around searching for my other order. I finally get it and take off home because it had gotten so late. I open my meal at home to just a huge pile of old, dry rice on top of lettuce & then the grossest smelling, runny, brown “guac” slapped on top?? Looks like it had been from last week. They put one of my toppings on the side? And then didn’t give me two of the others I paid for. Safe to say I will not be eating dinner tonight or ever ordering from this location again. Nope.

I’ve been here 4 times since moving to Lancaster. The kitchen is not the cleanest. Everytime, no matter day, or time, the guacamole looks inedible. I love fresh looking, green guac. Instead of being a vibrant green, it is a very unappetizing color. The workers appear inexperienced, and the restaurant is understaffed. Last time I was there a worker apologized for not knowing what was going on because it was her 3rd day working. The time before that, a worker apologized for being lost on her first day of employment.

Chicken was extremely burnt which led to a bitter taste throughout (pic added. Yes- that is CHICKEN). Items were left out of my pickup order. Lady at pickup replaced the missing item once I came in and mentioned it.

If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. Just gross. No care was taken in making my order. Watery, unappetizing, everything seemed almost like it was stirred together. I don’t think they included all the items requested but it was impossible to identify the ingredients because they appear to be mixed together. They did not bother to drain liquids from vegetables or beans. I had it delivered it was quick but somehow already cold when it arrived. It was partially unwrapped which was concerning. I just couldn’t even eat it. I wish this location would do a better job. Go to the other location they always do great. I had the exact same order from the other location and it was amazing. I was hoping to have it again but unfortunately you can’t choose the location when ordering in the app.

Much better overall than the memorial drive location. The portions are larger by far. This location always feels cleaner. The staff was friendly. Docked a star because they were out of something….. not the first time! We will continue to come to this location whenever possible.

Very disappointed. Part is the technology because once I ordered wrong place and had to talk to some corporate person to get refund so next time I accidently put order in twice I just sucked it up and decided to stop trying to order when busy. However, one salad had No lettuce. It’s salad, come on. This order I was early and asked if they could just make it early and was told NO. I asked what would happen if I had just walked in and was told. You’d be standing there a while. Clearly customer service has not been part of training.

On numerous occasions when ordering at this location they are out of product. On this occasion they were out of green salsa and veggies. The excuse was they only had three people working. The manager acted like she didn’t want to be there. This was unacceptable and I will not not patronize this location again.

This place is an absolute joke!! They NEVER have any food, even early in the evening, they are constantly out of key ingredients and the employees are rude to each other in front of customers. If they do have food, it is edible at best. Usually over cooked meat, dry rice… ugh… such a disappointment!!
