If you’re gonna have the online orders behind the counter, you should probably acknowledge people who stand at the register wondering why the food isn’t on the pick up rack. Still better than the Groveport and Canal location. Super skimpy on the online order. Look at all the space in that bowl 🙁

Never had an issue when dining in here. However, every single time I’ve ordered pickup, by bowls have been less than half full. See the photo. It looks like I’ve eating some but I took it as soon as I took the lid off. I think I’m done dealing with this location. I’d rather get Taco Bell. At least they’re consistent and I get what I should and don’t get ripped off

I had the worst experience by far at this location! I have never had a bad experience at Chipotle, until I tried this location. My daughter gets Steak and rice on her burrito, but somehow they found a way to screw that up and sent a steak burrito with much more on it. Then, I got a burrito bowl that was half full! Literally half full! (I have pics,see below!) Very frustrating because I don’t like having what I ordered, and she didn’t get what she ordered. I would rather her get to eat rather than me. So, she had a turkey sandwich while I ate Chipotle. I will be going back over after my temper cools down and letting their manager know. I understand nobody is perfect but they weren’t even close to getting our order right! I would not recommend ordering food from this location!!!

This location skimps like no other. When you go inside to order, they’re kept accountable. But online orders, they don’t care. It’s unacceptable how little food they give you when ordering online. Definitely not worth $8.45 one bit. Ridiculous.

Ordered pick-up at 8:50 (the latest time possible), and from working in customer service myself I know how annoying it can be to get an order right before close, but the young lady working the carryout window was super sweet, and if she was annoyed, didn’t let it show at all! I was super impressed, and will for sure be back.

Absolutely terrible portions. $14 dollars for a bowl that barely had any meat, rice, or beans. The bowl was barely half full. I’ve been here three times and it’s always the same.

Largely depends on if the staff has been trained or if the store manager is making your food. This is the better location in my area but I would recommend to order in person and be clear about what you want (i.e. I don’t use the app). At about $13 a person it’s not inexpensive (but on par with fast food).

I’ve been to this location a few times, hoping it would get better, but this is the last time I will go to this location. The rice was undercooked, the portions aren’t even a spoonful, the chips were stale, and the service is just rude and unattentive, they would ask a question then turn away as I spoke or just didn’t care to listen. We will not be back.
