Never, NEVER order online from this location. The portions are always skimpy. Yesterday, I ordered a burrito with double rice, double chicken, double fajita veggies, cheese, and light lettuce. According to the listed portions on Chipotle’s own website, I should have received a burrito that was at least a pound and a half. It weighed twelve ounces with foil included and looked like two or three shot glasses worth of food. It was also missing lettuce and fajita veggies. This happens nearly every time and I am done with it after yesterday.

They didn’t have a lot of choices left 2 hours before closing. Had to wait 10 min for chicken to grill. There was no Pepers. No black beans. Not white rice. No sour cream. And no lettuce. I told them they should give discount Bcuz of not having mainly anything. They still charged me full price. Place was a mess.

Okay CLEARLY there is something wrong with this location. You can see from all the reviews. Usually I try to see the best in each restraunt but this one is the pill hard to swallow. When you have 2 HOURS before you close and the way that my dad, myself and others in line had to deal with is ridiculous. Half scoop of everything, there is hot sauce they don’t want to even bring out for them to use on the actual line for the customers that are in the store ordering food. For hot sauce you give a small side and say “this will have to do” (and that is the manager?) Paying $10+ PER burrito and was only given enough for it to actually be ½ a burrito. Also they weren’t short staffed, there was people in the back just talking not doing any restock to help those on the line.

Somehow this location is consistently bad. We live nearby so we keep trying over and over again – probably 10-15x. Orders are wrong every single time. With celiac, this is more than just an inconvenience. Honestly wish this location would shut down and reopen as a different restaurant at this point.

I just received my order through door dash. I ordered with my coworkers through Doordash. Upon opening me and my coworkers guacamole it was brown which means they have left it out too long. Working in a urgent care I do not have the opportunity to pick up food. I will not use this location for food. That guacamole should not of been served.

Truly the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. At 49 years old that says a a lot. Cannot be described. Highly discourage anyone from going to this location. Staff was horrible and disrespectful. Jake the manager was violent. Embarrassing for them. Unreal. Restaurant was disgusting as well. Had another patron insert themselves in an attempt to get the manager to discontinue his behavior. 11-22-22. To add to this as an update – Natasha – regional manager I believe is her title – finally called. I explained what had happened. She seemed concerned. She said she was going to call me the next day admirer interviewing staff. She did call and stated she was interviewing one more person and she would call back at 2:00. I have called and left her a message 7 days in a row with no return call.

Always very slow. Had to wait a little less than an hour to get our mobile order, after the time it was suppose to be ready. They were out of multiple things (lettuce, sour cream, etc). They forgot one of our meals too. Shame, we love Chipotle and this one is close to us. It’s worth driving further to another chipotle; it would be quicker.

Every time we try going to this location, it always lets us down. NEVER have all the ingredients!!! I agree with everyone else that this should be an online order store only!! That is the excuse they give any dine in customers that question why they can’t get the right ingredients. Tonight, the manager and another employee were arguing with a paying customer about cheese. The manager stated that he could tell the dine in customers ” No” but couldn’t say that to online orders!!! This is not good business!!! We walked out and went next door to agape!! Who greeted us with smiles and great customer service and thanked us for stopping in.

This particular Chipotle has to be the most poorly managed location. Been there several times, each time they are either out of steak, steak fajita toppings, sour cream, etc. Today we were greeted with we have no chicken, due to their chicken being frozen. That’s okay, we were after the steak anyways! Oh wait they were out of that as well, just forget to mention this in their speech about having no chicken. But wait there’s more. No veggie mix either..lol All ended well though, it gave us the opportunity to try the new restaurant, Agape’ which is just next door to Chipotle. Hands down better service and the food there was fresh and delicious! We suggest you give Agape’ a try and save yourself a bad experience at this Chipotle.
