Have been here and twice and both times my order was wrong. I ordered a bowl w no sour cream and they put sour cream on it both times! Also put wrong chicken on it. Both times very little was in the bowl. This is a new location. Train your employees right. Avoid this location.

My pickup order was incorrect. I tried to go back into the store to have it corrected and the “manager” Sam demanded that I pay for it to be fixed. Then she went on to tell me that it was not her fault and adamantly blamed it on another worker who was very apologetic for her behavior. I felt so uncomfortable that I ended up just leaving with no food since I did not want to waste more money to have it corrected. How you treat others is very important. Hopefully they invest in some training for Sam to be a little more respectful and helpful to customers.

order 2 burritos and 2drinks a coke an a sprite, I got 2 sprite that I don’t like sprite. I’ve ordered from them twice both times I received a huge tortilla with Flavored rice I’m very little of anything else I don’t think it’s worth $19 for a burrito with rice very few other things.

My wife ordered a bowl, burrito, chips, and guac through the app to pick up the order. When she picked it up, she got home and noticed we were missing the chips and guac out of the bag. We call the store and their excuses was, “oh the people at the window should of told you we were out of chips”.

The food was good, the staff was friendly. i didn’t expect enough to feed 3 people when I ordered a burrito, like some others, though, so maybe I should? Seems a little unhealthy though. Also, I walked in and ordered because I’m not too lazy to get out of my car. Found a parking spot right away, since everyone else was ordering online and was waiting in that line. The thing about apps is, when you get 100 orders in 5 minutes, it’s kinda impossible to have them all made in 10 minutes, especially since everything is fresh and made / cooked in store. You could always go across the street to Taco Bell, though if you prefer fast food instead of fresh food. It’s easy to tell none of the other people reviewing this location have never worked in the food industry. No, I don’t work there, but I did enjoy my timely made, proportionately appropriate burrito from this location, which I ordered in store because I’m not too lazy to go in and get my food.

I know this is a new location, and some adjustment is understandable, but this was the worst experience at chipotle I have ever had. I’m actually writing this review while stuck in the parking lot. Due to a very inefficient design, when I pull out after getting my order I get funneled into the single lane line for the online order pickup window, and online orders are apparently 45 minutes behind so I am stuck!!! Why is there not street access or two lanes here all the way around? I already spent 25 minutes inside and now I will have to sit here for who knows how long. As for inside, there were about 20 people gathered at tables who I initially thought were patrons dining but realized they were all waiting on backed up online orders. There was virtually no one in the make line but they were out of everything. The kid making orders was clearly very new and had apparently never been to chipotle before because he was very slow and put incredibly small portions of everything on my bowl. I was told they couldn’t make me a quesadilla because they would have to go over where the online orders were being made and they were busy, what? I ordered chips and salsa and was told they were out of chips. I had to wait 5 minutes for more steak to be cooked for a bowl but at least it’s fresh. The kitchen looked like a bomb had gone off. This may be a new location but it’s part of a massive national chain, they need to send capable and experienced management and some staff to this place to get everyone trained right and get it running efficiently. I don’t blame the young folks working in there, they clearly need proper management and additional staff. This falls on Chipotle. I was very excited to see Independence was getting a Chipotle location and have left so disappointed after my first visit. I won’t be back for a while, hopefully this place improves. I know I wasn’t the only one disappointed tonight, there were a lot of people giving up and canceling their orders.

Absolutely luv the chipotlane drive-through. I have never been able to pick up takeout food that quick. Seriously it was only 10 seconds.Very impressed. Order was perfect. Employees very friendly. I picked up at 4 PM on a Saturday. I see there are some poor reviews, maybe that is when it first opened. I had great service tonight.

The only good thing I can say about the place is the girl that took our order was nice. The restaurant was so dirty. The tables was not wiped off and there was no sanitizing gel in either pump. I won’t go back. Disgusting!

We went in there last night around 7pm for the first time and based upon the general looks of the place, we will not be back. It’s a brand new restaurant and it was absolutely disgusting in there. Food all over the prep area, food all over the serving area, lots of options were out or so dried up it wasn’t appealing whatsoever. For instance, sofritas were stuck to the bottom of the container and only a hand full of fajitas available. Lots of employees standing around talking but only one employee working the line. Then another stepped over to ring us out while all others continued with their banter. It all starts at the top and if management doesn’t care, then it ripples down to their employees not caring either. They may try to say they are “short staffed” but I assure you last night they were not. Plenty of employees not paying any attention to their fellow workers or the food line outages.

Always friendly service as fast as they can. Sometimes the line is longer but they get you through fast. If they have a busy day they will run out of ingredients, which can be frustrating but it isn’t the fault of the team working the late shift.
