I ordered my daughter a cheese quesadilla, hardly any cheese on it. I ordered the featured keithadilla which is a fajita steak quesadilla with corn salsa, sour cream and the honey vinaigrette. There was no steak in the quesadilla & they didn’t put the corn salsa on the side. My husband got a steak bowl and the portion was enough for my daughter to get full on.

I live down the road and door dash from this location probably two to three times a month. I’ve never had too many glaring issues, but it is “fast food”, so my expectations are never really that high. I decided to stop inside for the first time on 8/27/23 at almost exactly 8pm. There were two people in front of me. It was 25 minutes before I walked out the door. First off, the music was blaring in there. Im only 35, so I’m not an old man that hates loud music. But it’s not a club, and you can’t hear yourself saying your order. The woman making the orders obviously didn’t want to be there because she was moving extremely slow and was huffing and puffing. I get it, or so I thought I did, because they may be understaffed. There were 5 people working. One cooking, one making the orders, one working the register and “cleaning”(wiping the same spot over and over while people are rolling in), one replacing the old food with fresh, and then another came from the back right before I left. Work the line together to get people out the door, then go back to the busy work. There was about 10 people in line behind me when I left, and felt bad for them because they were going to be there a while. When it came time to take my order the woman told me “hold on a second” and walked away. The man cooking the food came over and took over. I was given some pretty poor portions, but I know that happens from time to time. The problem with this location is either the lack of training, leadership, hiring of the wrong people, low wages leading to horrible service, or a combination of all of them. This is the only Chipotle in this area of Lexington, so they are really screwing up and friving sway customers. I hate to add to the already scathing reviews, but it is what it is.

Not picky or easily bothered by little things at these types of fast food places but the service here is genuinely awful. Ordered a few times online and my order is always wrong every single time. I always have to circle back around to correct my order. I also don’t think they train new employees how to make burritos because this is what I was given the last time (and final time) I went here. Something seriously needs to change cause the way this chipotle is being run is a joke.

Look. I love Chipotle. The only issue with this one is inconsistency. My order, which never changes, could be a lovely bowl full of tasty beef and associates (extra protein, rice and cheese) or it could be a sad cardboard oval with a minuscule amount that imo wouldn’t or shouldn’t be a regular order.

we arrived in front of the counter and everyone was doing things, they didn’t greet us, they didn’t say anything to us, there was no attention until almost 5 minutes later. this is too much….. even so, when they served us it took a long time, since many supplies were needed and they were stocking up as they served us the guacamole was literally the whole avocado (in pieces) without crushing. and definitely the service too distracted, apathetic and very slow. I understand that it is a new branch and the same staff. I recommend a new and better training since this chain is very good, I plan to return and I hope that they improve as in the majority.

I was aware of the bad reviews, but this is a new store & wanted to give it a try since it’s close by my job. Came in to order to go tonight & they was going to close soon. STILL HAD EVERYTHING OUT! I was surprised cause a lot of these chipotles have been shutting everything down early but I can say I got my moneys worth here!! $$ it was so good & the lady working up front serving me was so nice & cared about my experience. Will be coming back!

I eat here about four or five times a month so have plenty of experience with this location. I have gotten some good meals here but it’s terribly inconsistent in general. Things that are consistent however are the lack of key ingredients, slow and/or lackadaisical service and unkempt counter. I have been to what feels like a hundred chipotles all over the country and this one at the bottom of the barrel. I do like having a chipotle in the neighborhood and I’ll continue to eat here due to its convenience, but they really need to tighten up at this location- I’m not sure if it the management or what, but I would be embarrassed if I were in charge. Hopefully they can get things figured out for everyone’s sake

I have been to the leestown rd location twice in one week! And both times left without food! The first time the employee wasn’t trained and didn’t know how to wrap a burrito. The 2nd time I was on my lunch break, it was a lunch rush but everyone was standing in line. And the workers was standing and some prepping food. But nobody was helping or even communicating with the customers why there was the hold up. I stood for 10 mins my lunch is only 30 mins. So I had to leave again without food. Very bad service.
