Great location. They are set up to keep up with the volume and the food is very good and fresh (as typical with most Chipotle locations I have visited). I will sometimes drive a little further to visit this location over a few others that frequently have a long line with one person preparing orders.

I ordered a burrito bowl from Chipotle using DoorDash Pickup, and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was fast. I ordered my food online and arrived at the restaurant a few minutes later. My order was ready and waiting for me at the pickup counter. The food was still warm and fresh, and it tasted just like it would have if I had ordered it in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend using DoorDash Pickup for Chipotle orders. It’s a convenient and efficient way to get your food without having to wait in line.

I was here today. First No Veggies at all except lettuce.. then 6 employees working. Only 1 running the entire food area alone. Girl at the counter couldn’t have done less. Chips prolly were cooked 6 or 7 hours earlier. Stale. And hard. They were out of Quacamole last week. Just poor all the way around

I go at least 1 or 2 times a week, it has happened to me on several occasions that there are only 1 or 2 people attending and they take too long. This day there was no guacamole or steak, almost always they serve me very well but other times they rush me and I don’t know if they don’t listen well behind the counter, because several times (5) they don’t serve me everything I want or they serve me something different. I would like them to take the time to attend more calmly and make sure that the order is correct. another thing, their technique of passing the order to the cashier is difficult because they always charge me wrong, or less or they don’t charge me for drinks and I need to swipe my card again…. all this for “wanting to serve quickly”. I prefer quality than speed!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had a bad experience and felt compelled. The food is delicious, but one of the staff was quite rude when making my food. He was older and very curt, literally threw a bowl for another order down the line after I said I wanted a bowl (which at first I thought was for MY order lol), and then I asked him to make a bowl and I felt like I was bothering him. I also saw him rolling his eyes at another customer ahead of me in line. With other customers, he was also kinda rude and would cut them off when they would ask for what they wanted. The whole experience just made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. The next staff member, on the other hand, was younger and very friendly and much more helpful and communicative. Often times I have come here and the service has been a mixed bag, but the food is good.

The people who work there are always pretty nice but sometimes the orders are messed up, especially if you pick it up, and sometimes the quality is just off. Like the last time we got an order there, the rice had way too much salt. And the portion sizes vary a lot depending on who’s behind the line, it seems. Also, it used to be that you could substitute guacamole for meat, but it seems now it’s an extra charge even if you don’t have meat at all.

I love chipotle, but it’s always been a hit or miss. However this chipotle is always a hit. I’ve gone during 2 rush hours where you can barely squeeze through the door, and walked out with my stuff in 5-10 minutes, it’s hot, fresh, and they’re not stingy.

I work at Chipotle in Florence, KY. I respect the hell out of these workers. They are extremely diligent, patient, and quick. They listen to what you want and they give you exactly that. Working at Chipotle is very demanding and stressful when numerous amount of customers come in. Despite the long line I waited in, they gave me exactly what what I wanted. Again, they were in no hurry to get me what I wanted. I could care less about waiting, but I care if my order is accurate. As a customer, I appreciate you caring for my order because Chipotle is kinda expensive. I appreciate the patience and kindness instilled in their employees. I’ve been to numerous Chipotles and a lot of their workers are in a rush. At the store I work at, we are trained to take accurate orders and be patient and kind. I’ve never really seen this in a Chipotle down in Lexington, until this one. I can tell they take the time to accurately make the food as they should and as it’s directed. I highly recommend this Chipotle.

This place is just downright nasty and poorly run. It is dirty – food and trash laying everywhere. I walked in one day and they had chairs blocking the order aisle and I asked what’s up. Two guys were just standing there by the door telling customers as they walked in they were only accepting “digital orders” because they were short staffed. I said “dude, I am standing right here – you are right by your computer and there is no one else in here”! They still wouldn’t take my order. I sat in the parking lot and watched countless customers go in and immediate walk out and drive off.
