Third time we’ve been to this location and it is not the charm. Smallest portions I have ever gotten at a chipotle. The kids quesadilla was literally half the size of the other locations and the burrito was pathetic. Food tastes alright, but for the price, they are really stingy with their portions. Will not be coming back here

Customer service excellent. Meats chicken and steak was okay a little dry. Set out too long. Con queso was delicious Guacamole was good and fresh. Tortilla chips tasted a little stale. Tables need to be cleaned up better. Everyone needs to cover their hair. Hand washing and wearing gloves, great.

The food was good, however it was not worth the price. We spent sit down table service restaurant money our meal. So while the food was good, I’m not sure it was worth the price. We came with a group, there was plenty of seating for us. Although, when we went they were out of lemonade.

Definitely seeing a pattern of negative reviews on here. It takes quite an experience for me to write a negative review. Long story short, this location has usually been out of several toppings, salsas, chips, guacamole, and condiments 1-3 hours before closing each time I’ve gone, and no, they are not short staffed. In fact, they have several ‘untrained’ employees walking around with heavy attitudes unwilling to provide good customer service. I hope it gets better because it’s in a great location!

I don’t understand the negative reviews. My husband and I have TERRIBLE luck with fast food restaurants in the Fern Creek area but this place is flawless every single time!! We’ve been many times and we went again last night and I said, “If it’s perfect again, I’m leaving a 5 star review” and I just knew something was going to be wrong but nope…flawless again!!! We’ve done mobile orders every time and every time, they’ve gotten our order perfectly correct and I just cannot say that about any other place in Fern Creek. The other thing we really love about this location is that the employees are all so friendly and accommodating! We will continue going until we have an experience like some of the others I’ve read about on here but hopefully that does not happen because we’re really loving them being so close, convenient and perfect! Just goes to show…if the owners of Popeye’s across the street really wanted to hire good people, they could…they obviously just don’t care. Chipotle Fern Creek rocks!

The food was good, I got the Buritto Bowl, but the service needs a little work. They were out of most of the drinks and bottom of the barrel on the others; they only appeared to have sweetened ice tea available, so… asked if they had unsweetened tea in the back. No, that’s all we have! Well, after tasting the tea to see if it was too sweet to drink, it turns out it was unsweetened tea. They didn’t even know they had unsweetened tea? Asked for a bowl and a lid to divide my meal. They didn’t want to give up a bowl.

There is a reason this place has 3 stars. Don’t order ahead on the app, you won’t get what you ordered and the portion size is tiny. Which I see in other reviews. Won’t be back here. Hurstbourne Chipotle location is nice!

Service was pretty good. I came through the drive thru and my order was actually ready. Quality of proteins weren’t very high though. Kind of tough and chewy, not a lot of flavor. It’s a newer restaurant, maybe they are still working out some kinks.

Not a clean table available, we wiped off our own table, dining room, and drink station a mess. Cashier had gloves on but never changed gloves after ringing up customers and then went to handle food on the line. We won’t be back!

Only 2nd time eating at Chipotles. Not impressed. Chips were either grossly stale or ok. It was a grab bag of not knowing what you’d get. Queso was just flat out gross. Quesidilla was ok but lacked flavor.
