Do not eat at this place. It’s a hot mess. There is no emphasis on service at all. This place was empty, the service was extremely slow with only 1 person cooking and making bowls. We had to clean a table off so we could sit down somewhere and it was 3pm. They had 4 workers, which only 2 were working. I’m not quite sure what the manager was managing but he wasn’t keeping his store clean. The food was exactly what you would expect, the place was just trashed.

I have been going to this particular location once a week for years. Up until recently, I usually have pleasant experiences. I’m not sure if it’s under new management or what but the customer service has declined. I asked for extra (shredded) cheese on my bowl and the girl says, “oh, we can’t give you any more than that”. I said, “can I pay for extra?” She turns around and asks some guy and while on his cell phone, he just shakes his head “No”. I guess there is a shredded cheese shortage that I’m not aware of??? If that’s the case, it needs to be posted in the restaurant—Just like you would post if you were out of an ingredient. It also seems super silly that you can pay extra for guac or queso but they won’t let you pay for extra shredded cheese. Not a single person in there was smiling or friendly. I won’t be back to this location. Which is sad because like I said, I’ve been a long time customer and spent lots of money here.

Chipotle, you have so much potential to be great but you are consistently falling short in every area to the detriment of your customers. From the unprofessionalism of some employees to the cleanliness of the work space, as well as running out of product. If you are open to take people’s $ until 10pm, have enough fresh food until ten. And give people a FULL order of what they order, whether it’s chips & queso, a bowl or a burrito. Fill it up please!

The employees were very nasty and acted like I was inconveniencing them to even be in the store right now. And just so you know I was the only one in there in a very busy area at dinner time. The food was cold and they charged me wrong for queso and I didn’t even get queso on my meal. We’re going to give it a little break and try it again later. Thank you for listening

I am a huge Chipotle fan, but literally EVERY time I come to this location something is wrong. Often it’s MULTIPLE problems. I don’t know how one location can be so poorly managed or run, but this place just continues to deliver on that. The Westport Road location is just LIGHT YEARS ahead, especially when it comes to mobile ordering. I don’t know why I EVER come here. I’m currently sitting waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. Someday I’ll learn.

I feel bad to say it but the staff is kind of rude and always seems stressed out and annoyed. It makes me feel guilty to be a customer, like im bothering them. And they never ever have fajita veggies. Always out. Even if you order as soon as they open. Often out of ice also.

They were out of chicken and black beans. I didn’t request any rice so my bowl was much smaller than normal but was still charged $19.08 for a small bowl I really didn’t want and a water. Won’t return.
