Got a to go order last night. Burrito. Rice was dried out and hard. Chicken was very dry. I was so hungry I ate it. Think I got some bacteria or food poisoning from it. Gave it a shot. Not again. Service was not very good.

The food here has went down hill they don’t even take the time out to cook it right they need to get there seasonings right one day the food be on point the next day it’s like you wasted your money your basically playing Russian roulette with your money because you don’t know if the food is going to be good or bad and they never want to give you a good portion of food it’s already bad they charge so much for it the cooks need to do there job better season the meats to perfection or hire new cooks

I was in town for work and this is one of the best Chipotle’s I’ve ever ate at in my life. The food was flavorful, the portion size was generous, and the service was amazing. I ate here three times while I was in town. They even made fresh chips when they were about to close. I passed a closer Chipotle just because of the Google reviews at this location.

So everyone loves Chipotle….and like it’s decent. I’ll give it 4 stars. But personally I think the food is a bit bland and everything gets overwhelmed by the cold items so my food is always cold. I think Qdoba is by far better….more flavor on the chicken, better queso, & the cold items don’t take over. Not bad, just not my favorite. A little pricey too. 2 chicken bowls and 2 drinks for over $32!! Wow.

We ordered chicken bowl but there is no veggies,no lettuce available. Got pork with chicken which is unacceptable (which we don’t eat traditionally) and got hair in food bowl. I love chipotle but not anymore.

I usually have no issues with this chipotle. But today was my first issue. On the app when placing a online order the restaurant should be able to show if certain ingredients are not available. I understand that ingredients run out but, finding out that half of my order was correct when I get home is not a good experience.
