This location is far from Chipotle Corporate standard! It is in great need of management change. I ordered a bowl to go and large chips and with a side of guacamole. The bowl was filled to the brim with rice (4 large scoops) and 1 small spoonful of chicken. This is a scam tactic to fill the bowl with the cheapest ingredient. When I asked for a bit more chicken I was charged for double portion to which I never asked. The guacamole was brown and old and they also were out of fajita vegetables. When it came to attitude, it was just bad. This comes down to hiring the right people and thus is a management issue. The gentleman at the register was nicer and offered two bags of chips as they didn’t have a large bag to offer like I ordered. However there were barely any chips in any of the bags (as pictured). I’m not a complainer and I know these guys/gals aren’t making a ton of money but this was just plain bad for the money. I cannot recommend this location.

The mobile ordering process is so easy! But waiting around for your scheduled mobile order 20 minutes after it was due is not. The chips were soggy and chewy. The bowl I ordered itself was lack luster. The chicken Al pastor had a very off-putting taste. This Chipotle is usually good but not today.

This was easily the most disappointing chipotle I’ve ever been to. We got there around 4:30 to all the doors being locked and employees inside standing around talking. About 10 minutes later, they unlocked the door. Once we walked in, we weren’t greeted or even looked at by any of the 6 employees in the store. Almost every pan of food was empty and we had to wait 5+ minutes for white rice. There was less than a serving of all meats in the pans with nothing cooking on the grill behind them. Every employee we interacted with barely even made eye contact with us, but had no problem talking to their co-workers, who almost all had AirPods in. The didn’t give us the chips we ordered. This was also the cheapest our meals have ever been, by about $8. Which isn’t a problem for us, but should probably be looked into because there’s no way it should’ve been the price we paid. I’ll definitely be making the longer drive to a different location next time.

My husband and I are visiting Louisville from New Mexico. We stopped at Chipotle for a quick lunch and we had the pleasure of being served by Jada! She was so kind and she gave us several suggestions as to where we should shop and eat in Louisville. She even took the time to write down some suggestions and bring them out to us before we left the restaurant.

If you’re going to offer online pickup for set times, stick to the times or take away online pickup. There’s NO EXCUSE for waiting 30+ minutes for an order that was submitted before the store even opens. This is a constant at this store so you’d think they’d figure it out by now.

Liked the bowls we had prepared for us. Had to get in line to order our food which was done individually per your own likes and then was self service for the drinks, plasticware, and napkins. Place was very busy, but we found seating.

They were out of ice, out of tea, out of chips, out of napkins, the holders for the plastic ware had dirty water in the bottom. Still a good burrito bowl though if this was my only experience with Chipotle I would never return. Fortunately for Chipotle this has not been my usual experience but I probably will not return to this one in particular.
