We were so excited to have a Chipotle near us, however our excitement quickly turned to disappointment upon entering. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a mountain of trash right next to the door. We ordered our food and got VERY slim protein portions. They were also out of all specialty drinks. Drink station was very nasty with nothing stocked everything sitting out in its packaging not in dispensers. 9 people on staff yet almost every single table was filthy disgusting and it took 30 minutes for somebody to finally take the trash out. Multiple kids working there standing around or flirting with each other while the joint is a filthy mess. Definitely need a responsible adult on site.

Second time in for doordash. First visit I was told that they would get to it when they get to it and after almost 30 minutes of waiting I had to decline the order. I was not the only one. Tonight I am picking up another doordash order and it’s not ready. There was one customer and 4 employees…. Why do I have to wait?! In addition can someone please tell me my it’s only 9:30 and the door was locked?!?

Just awful! I had a bad experience with Shaunte and Lisa. The attitude was unacceptable. Lisa, the server was very short, cut me off, was rude, told me I needed to contact corporate and to have a good day. She even stood there looking at me and didn’t ask what was next with my order after my Chicken Quesadilla came off the machine, which was half did. I placed a digital order online, which it wasn’t ready and was told to come inside due to their machine was down. I had to restate my order again and then when it was my turn, I was skipped over. After I was told one of the items were out I paid for, I asked could I get a replacement. Lisa told me to contact corporate all short and rude. She kept addressing the person behind me and not me apologizing. Really!? What kind of people do you all have working at this company!? Just because they resume look good on paper, don’t mean they posses excellent customer service or have people skills. They need leadership skills and new employees at this location. For a new location, this is unacceptable. I asked for a refund because I no longer wanted a half done order with missing items and was told nonchalantly to have a good day all loud and to contact corporate.

Pretty bad experience at this location. The dining area in the restaurant is very dirty. They skim a lot on portion sizes. They forget to add stuff to your order. I did not get my tortilla as I told them twice going through the line.

Had an online order supposed to be ready at 8:20. By the time i got through the drive way and up to the window it was 9:20. There was an employee going car to car saying they were gonna cancel our orders (they were supposed to close in 40 minutes). I don’t even write reviews but this is by far the worst chipotle in the city i can’t even w this. so annoying. not even the first time it’s happened at this location. sick of having to call and get a refund.

Ordered online. The food wasn’t ready when promised. The rice was so heavily lime flavored it wasn’t eatable It was a a huge lump of mush. Ordered guacamole and given cheese. Ordered double meat and served less than what I’d consider one serving. Forty dollars in food not eatable. I was told I would receive 3 BOGO offers to my app and NEVER received. So sad Collierville would LOVE a Chipotle

This has got to be the worst chipotle in the city and the workers are even worse. They are always extremely slow even if there are only 3 or 4 customers. This is my third time being here and I see they closed to the dining room at 7?? I had already placed an online order about 40 minutes before I got here. I get here and the line is wrapped around the building. Last time I came they were out of black beans and cheese like those are two main ingredients in a bowl and burrito why not make more? Stop hiring people who don’t want to work it’s getting ridiculous.

So they are “open” until 11 pm. We arrived at 1030 pm and they had already pretty much shut down. They acted put out and rude that we were there and wanted food. Food was cold and we couldn’t see it as usual since they had put most of it on back table. Not a great experience.
