I just posted this about no fork included in my order. There wasn’t any forks where I was and I had to send someone to get me a fork elsewhere which defeated the purpose of delivery. The driver was great though but that’s Uber eats/door dash. So then I ate and the food was not fresh or good.

I am a regular customer and I know exactly the appropriate portion for a bowl, came in with my son and the guy making my bowl and his burrito barely put any of the ingredients on our order, when we asked for him to add more rice, beans, chicken he said he would have to charge us each an additional $6, we turned and walked out leaving without food. We know what we are supposed to get and for some reason this employee was cutting our portions in half and then tried to up-sell for it to be a normal portion. I love the food but not the service from this particular employee ♀️

9 out of 10 times you dont have fajita veggies, my absolute favorite thing. Ive started regularly going to your competition and still come back occasionally and get my hopes dashed. My friends agree, they can see them in the online order but not physical orders.

Had them catering our Christmas lunch at work for 25 people. Everything on the left is salad, corn, guacamole, rice , peppers and onions and a thing of grease. The middle is 4 bags of soft shells and 2 bags of chips. The 2 on the right is the only meat ( protein ) they sent us. The DM that our manager talked to said she don’t care about our complaints and will not do anything to make things better. Unprofessional way to treat a business…. Or anyone for that matter. Terrible experience and I hope big companies read this and never use them for catering purposes. Pathetic.

My steak burrito bowl has no steak. The burrito bowl (shown in pic) is also a tiny amount of food, I shouldn’t have been charged so much for so little food. The tacos were advertised as soft shell on DoorDash but when I got them they were in hard shells and scattered all around the bowl. This is awful that your workers do this kind of thing. The store also would not answer when I called them 3 different times.

My favorite is the bowl with chicken! Soooo delicious. There are restaurants with similar ideas but Chipotle has such a unique flavor! This location if somewhat difficult to find parking but I’m also just not from here and not familiar with cities in general. The staff was nice and the environment was chill!
