Absolutely awful time and time again. They screw up orders all the time and the quality of their food is disgusting. I just had some guacamole from there that was totally inedible and honestly tasted rancid. My burrito had no meat, wrong beans, and was ice cold. That will be the last time for me. Gross. If I were corporate, I would look into this place ASAP. I’ve had plenty of delicious meals for years at Chipotle, this is NOT the one.

It was my first time ordering at this location and unfortunately it was, by far, one of the worst chicken burrito bowls I’ve ever had. Not sure how they could’ve missed on the flavor, but the chicken had no seasoning and was overall very disappointing. I wished I had read other reviews before ordering.

Piggybacking off others complaints. Picked up order in the Chipotle lane at 7 pm. Bag was very light for a chicken bowl and burrito so I opened it up. Chips and burrito were missing. The worker saw me checking and said we forgot your burrito. I asked about the chips and she said they ran out???? Why didn’t you tell me this. Got home and the bowl was not double meat and looked like trash, missing veggies. This is the worst Chipotle ever and destroying their brand.

this is THE WORST CHIPOTLE. In Nashville and anywhere. I had a catering order that unfortunately was coming from this store and they just never made the food. Not a care in the world just didnt make it and I was not informed that I wouldn’t get it until it just didnt show up.

Do not go to this location unless you are prepared for the people working there to ruin your day. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered my order to go using the app. When I arrived to pickup the order through the drive thru window, there was absolutely no customers in the store and every employee was on their phone. I kid you not, every employee looked at me pull up and not one person came over to the window. I sat there for about 10 minutes with no acknowledgement before I went in. It was about 8 pm on a Friday ( they are open until 11) and they were out of the chips, guacamole, and the drink that I ordered. Also, my order (or what they had of my order) was ready, they just couldn’t be bothered to hand it to me through the window. When addressing the lack of professionalism, I was met with attitude from the young ladies working there. This was an absolutely terrible experience, and I will not be returning. The employees at this location need training to improve their professionalism and need an overall attitude makeover!

Absolutely terrible! I ordered online and came a minute early and the lady chewed me out for being inconsiderate of the other orders so I drove around again and waited. The order was supposed to be ready at 7:10! It was 7:35 before I got my order. While it was cold and soggy. This has and always will be the worst Chipotle in nashville

The food was completely inedible. The chips were so soaked in grease that they were floppy. Both bowls were incorrect. I did have the pleasure of listening to the personal issues of one of the workers as I sat in the drive thru. An overall horrible experience and one I will not repeat.

I have ordered delivery from this location no less than four times because my address keeps defaulting to this one. But on 6/19, I’ve had enough. EVERY TIME that I’ve gotten delivery from this location my order has been WRONG. I even leave details in the comment section hoping they will care. I have NEVER had the fajita veggies put on my veggie bowl EVER from this location. No bowl is ever correct for my small family of three. At this point, I want my money back and may never patronize Chipotle again. My family has dietary restrictions and allergens and I can’t risk our food being wrong every time. I am fed up.

Food cold and not seasoned. It taste horrible. Chips over cooked. I asked for a 1/2 of a line with my order and was told the owner does not allow it. I said others do it. The guy mumbled well we donr. I have never been told we can’t give out lime before. I eat Chipotle in ever state I visit for work and vacations. What happened to customer service. If you need the money then charge but don’t deny your customer service a for piece of lime.

I’ve visited this location on 12 different occasions. It’s generally busy. However the food has only suffered on one occasion. The service is speedy but sometimes it lacks a personal touch. It can be robotic at times. I will give a fair score for the atmosphere, it’s dirty in here most of the time. It’s because it’s always busy but that should be planned for and handled accordingly. On numerous trips here I’ve wiped my own table down where I wanted to sit, removing left napkins, old rice etc.
