This was my first time visiting this location due to 21st telling me they were only taking mobile orders. But this location exceeded my expectations by far compared to all the other locations. Stella was super friendly and made my order perfect just how I like it! And Jorge the cashier was super friendly and helpful as well! My order was super fresh and the dining room was spotless! This will definitely be my home location from this point onwards. Great workers and great atmosphere! Would definitely recommend over the Vanderbilt location any day hands down

I don’t often give one star reviews but this place deserves it. I ordered three chicken tacos and three steak tacos on their app last night. I walked over to pick it up (scheduled to be ready at 8:20pm). When I entered the restaurant it was disappointing to see the kitchen in total disarray. The work surfaces were covered in mixed food and there was a line of people waiting to pick up their online orders. The shelving for online orders was empty, yet there were multiple bags of food behind the counter. The workers ignored the people waiting and continued to serve the customers in line. Once I did get my order (around 8:45pm despite it being ready behind the counter, I found to have three chicken tacos and one steak taco. Of course I didn’t know this until I got home.

Not only did they not have my online order ready when it said it was, when I asked they said to give them a minute to look into it. I waited 10 minutes and the lady hadn’t even attempted to figure out where my order was. There had been a guy outside harassing me that was now staring at me through the window. When I got frustrated, they finally looked into my order and while waiting the guy outside continued to put his face to the window and stare at me. My service dog finally barked because he felt I was in danger (so did I) and management got upset. When I explained the guy seemed to be stalking me and that’s why my dog barked, they responded it had nothing to do with me because that guy was there everyday! So apparently management has no care whatsoever about their customers being harassed or feeling unsafe. I left with no food and has a panic attack in my car. DO NOT GO HERE.

I was served on June 29th, and was greeted with the friendliest faces I’ve ever seen. Charica, Keshawn, and Nijah were so helpful! It was busy and they kept the line MOVING! I couldn’t believe it! Keshawn was quick and diligent while Charica and Nijah were talking to me after having had a rough evening they cheered me up beyond belief! These 3 are outstanding workers with the best personalities and performance of any chipotle, or heck even any restaurant I’ve ever been in. Whoever is running this place, good job! Keep these 3! As soon as they had finished my order all 3 went straight out and cleaned the already pretty clean dining room. And I didn’t have to wait for anything! It was stocked and neat! The most beautiful Chipotle I’ve ever stepped in! I will be coming back!

The workers are extremely lazy. When they don’t want to work, they tell customers “cash only” or “that’s only for online orders”. Never going to to that location. If in the area, go to Honey Baked Ham or Bombay Palace.
