My Bowl had a little black bug crawling weeving in and out of the rice , I was enjoying it until I seen this and it actually made me sick to my stomach tried calling but it’s not a working # so what do u do the corporate place is the same

WORST RESTAURANT AND SERVICE, I will never be eating or attempting to eat here! Today I tried to order a quesadilla and was told I had to get a kids quesadilla or they wouldn’t make me one??? Since when do you go to a restaurant and they tell you what you need to eat but your the one paying???

Walked in person and tried to order a quesadilla and they said no to just the quesadilla and that we had to order it online. It’s stupid you can’t order something in person but can online . That makes no sense. It was literally in front of us with all the stuff to make it. I have never had this issue before. I guess there is a first for everything. Back to my local bubbakoos I go

This is probably the most amazing chipotle I’ve ever been at in my whole life !!! They have friendly and kind staff and they put a lot of food for you 🙂 I recommend you going to this location if you want great and clean service shoutout to all the girls that work there <3

Girl with blonde hair and girl with curly we’re very rude. Girl with curly hair yelled at me if I wanted queso I asked her was she okay than she threw my food across the table. I proceeded to ask for a manger and girl with blonde hair refused to get the manager and told me just pay. Finally got a manger and he said he will take care of it.

All Chipotle’s should be ran like this one. Fast, fresh, friendly, and clean. Other locations would do well to take a page out of their book. It’s nice to be greeted with a smile, it’s a lost art.
