I went around 2:30pm. My food was a bit cold. The trash cans were overflowing. There was something spilled on the floor it seemed like they had plenty of staff, but no one had the chance cleaning the lobby when I was there. They didn’t seem very busy while I was there. I will try again at opening time.

Let me start by saying that I LOVE Chipotle. But this location seems to be having issues. The only way I can describe the food is that it doesn’t seem thoughtfully prepared with any sort of care. On several occasions I’ve gotten the steak in a burrito bowl/regular burrito – and it’s always had an above average amount of gristle. Last time I went I ordered extra queso and the cup barely had any in it. If you have the chance to go to a different Chipotle location, you should. This location isn’t a great representation of the quality that the brand is known for.

I haven’t been to a Chipotle that had sub par food and this location was no exception. However, not being able to go into the store and waiting in an extensive drive through line for almost an hour was quite ridiculous. On top of that my husband had to remind the employee what drink he ordered, even though it was ordered online, and I found it odd that we had to ask for a fork because they only gave us one for two bowls. I suppose they wanted us to share. Like I said the food is always great but the service was lacking and the atmosphere was horrendous considering the given situation. I will most likely go to a different Chipotle location and wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

I wish I could give 0 stars for atmosphere. This is probably the filthiest restaurant I have ever been too. The trash had clearly not been emptied as it was overflowing into the floor and on to the ledge where the trays go and the tables had not been cleaned at all. There was even trash in the straw and utensils area. I had to use some hand sanitizer to spray and wipe down our table. The young man that took our order was nice but that was the only good thing about our experience. However, they ran out of steak and took 10 min to cut the new steak. It was already cooked and took two people to cut and get it out. Most of the staff walked around like they were half asleep and out of it. The food was cold but tasted okay. We will not be returning to this location.

I had ordered a complicated meal for dinner tonight through the app. I incorrectly had it ordered and was supposed to pick up the meal in Nashville instead of Hendersonville. I couldn’t cancel the meal at that location.

Definitely once of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve experienced. Closed over an hour early on 08/29, locked doors by 8:45pm. Staff was dissociated and avoidant of customers. Need some leadership desperately.

We ordered on line for a pick up on July 20 2023 are whole order was wrong or what was right was ice cold. Tried to contact the store took 10 minutes to get the auto attendant to ring the store and of course got no answer. If this how they run there company. I would recommend that it’s time that the customer comes 1st and gets what they ordered and it not be ice cold

Ok let me say that I’m a huge Chipotle fan. Been going for years. But this is a new location for me. And I don’t suggest going here. Food wasn’t on par at all. Well below the normal Chipotle standards. Food was overseasoned and the rice was dry & the chips were stale (note I’ve been there a couple times before writing this review just to make sure it wasn’t an off day for them). The chips were so bad I threw them away. The service was slow and and not with the proper portions other chipotle locations provide (my bowl was half empty). As much as I love Chipotle, I will not be back to this location. I’ll go the distance to get better quality of food and service.

Never had Chipotle before. Wife and I had it first time this week. It was far from living up to the hype. Ordered online. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled pickup. It was ready when I walked in. I live only 3 miles away so we expected the two burritos to still be hot. Not even close. They were barely warm.
