The Employee that was serving us was very nice had a lot of patience but the manager or assistant manager other person that she asked a question for us had a very bad tone. Zero patience trying to rush us when only one other person was in line not busy. Her body language had a lot of attitude. The 1st lady did an amazing job didn’t rush us had good amount of food being put into our order, but the other lady had no patience and grabbed the food from the employee and was just throwing rest of food on with no thought. The atmosphere made us feel very unsafe & very uncomfortable just the way the other lady was acting. I get not everything can be served into store only from mobile order but it’s one thing to treat people with such hatefulness the worker & customer. Will never return to this location

I have ordered here multiple times and each time is worse than before. This time the quesadilla was burnt. I ordered through doordash and told them they refused to give me a refund. Then I called the store and they refused to give me the General managers number. It was a horrible experience.

I’ve been coming to this location since it first opened and have finally decided to leave a review. Every time I walk in, there’s 3 people prepping in the back that won’t acknowledge you and only one person both making orders AND working the cash register. I also wanted onions and peppers on my bowl, as they were out, and the man working told me he would have to cook more. What are the 3 people in the back prepping for then? I only leave a review now because this behavior at this location is consistent. I would like to see new management here.

Sat there worker was on her phone bsing and gave the wrong order out and gave someone our order. So then drove ALLLLLLLLL the way back to get the confirmation paper and DROVE ALLLLL THE WAY BACK TO CHIPOTLE and kept looking for our food. The lady was still on her phone bsing. Waited an extra 45 min to remake our food then i noticed after paying an extra $5 I didn’t have my steak or extra chicken. Will not be returning ever waste of my lunch break. Oh and added a tip thanks guys <3

I would give this location zero stars if it were possible. But unfortunately Google allows you to at least give them one star. I don’t think they even deserve a half a star! While I do enjoy Chipotle, this one is subpar. 99% of the staff is rude, uppity, and ignore you if you don’t look like you have money falling out of your I know that most people believe that they’re feelings, pronouns, or their gender is the most important thing in the world, but they will learn that the world does not revolve around them. I highly suggest you stay away from this Chipotle, especially if you’re wearing any kind of Pro-America, pro 2A, or any sort of conservative shirt. Trust me, it’s only going to make your visit that much more miserable.

I ordered a burrito bowl delivered. It arrived cold, even though it was less than 10 minutes from when I was alerted that it was on the way to when it arrived. And it was wrong. Even with the ingredients printed on the lid, it was missing half of the components (that I paid extra for) and had random things added. This was my first experience with ordering Chipotle. Probably my last.

New low at Chipotle. Not sure if it’s just this location but I was told I would be charged 1.55 in order to do 2 scoops of corn salsa. They said its a new policy. If this is in fact a new policy it’s a failed policy. I can get one of each salsa and sour cream and pay no extra but if I want 2 scoops of one salsa I pay extra? It’s ok it’s not like I am already paying 12.50 for a burrito bowl..oh wait..way to go chipotle

At counter my wife tried to order a casadelia at the counter, the staff advised only way she could order one was through the app. Kind of questionable decision you guys have there. Then she just ordered a burrito and I had a bowl, then after drinks and all the meal was just at 40.00. We could have ate at the steakhouse. Had great service and good food. And leave tip for less than that. And we felt very underwhelmed at t food and felt, the value of the food, for wat it was, just wasn’t there we have went to Chipotle many of times, but we have established today that the value isn’t there.

We’ve ordered a few times from here and every time our order has been missing stuff which is frustrating if we’re paying for extra stuff we expect to get what we paid for. Today I was I found a EXTRA LONG HAIR in my burrito 🙁 it was so gross. I’m sorry but I will not be coming back here. I don’t understand how careless you can be while preparing food.
