There clearly is a poor management issue here. Food everywhere. One employee on serving line while 3 of his coworkers gather and chat. One cook over burnt chicken on the grill, which was left unmanned until he decided to check on it. I do commend the one employee who attempted to serve the line alone with most of the food containers empty forcing him to go to the backup food line to get food to serve customers. Cleanness wasn’t a priority at all. It wasn’t close to closing time so why they ran out of most of the food items, I don’t know. The serving line was worse than beverage bar

Horrible, and I can see there is a theme from reading the comments. Staff is rude, out of product one visit steak and this visit corn salsa. But, they added an over abundance of cheese had to take a very large portion off. Seems new management is definitely needed! I never write reviews so you know it’s bad that I’m taking my time to do so. Meat was also chewy, had to spit several pieces out

Stopped here for a quick, healthy lunch, which is why I love chipotle and choose them over others. The restaurant was clean, the staff was quick, friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and fresh. You shouldn’t be leaving a 1 star google review if you feel there was too much salsa on your food. Be more specific next time, don’t get salsa or don’t come to a chipotle. These reviews are ridiculous. Great experience here, don’t skip it because of some ridiculous people with nothing better to do than leave 1 star reviews over nothing.

The management here is so disappointing…. The workers were behind the counter fighting back and forth. Line server made multiple request for refill on food items and did not get any refills because the tall man was joking around and ignoring her. I don’t think I saw one employee smile the whole time we were in there and I did not feel welcomed. The place looks like it doesn’t get clean. Sad because we were so excited to have a chipotle in town but this makes us not want to return.

Ordered the vegan option. Loosely wrapped burrito. Smelled a bit funny in retrospect. Food poisoning followed a few hours later. Usually I love the vegan options at Chipotles. Wouldn’t eat here ever again. Consumer beware – what appears to be a clean Chipotle just might not be. Now excuse me while I puke some more.

Foley Chipotle Management…do better! This location is absolutely filthy. Disgustingly filthy. They didn’t seem understaffed during my visit, but I should have trusted my gut as soon as I walked in. The employees seemed to have regretted their decisions in staying as well.

They were out of food so he picked up the container and scraped a tiny bit out of a container which now had dirty water running down the side and dripping on my rice. Then he lost his grip and the tub fell in my food and he continues to serve me the food. That is after over half the ingredients were out and they refused to make anything because there was 45 min to close. No cheese no steak no plain chicken, no black beans and half a spoon of veggies. So… What is left? Rice? Place is a mess and dirty. Then, I did a window order and that order was missing 2 items and they said nothing about it and also the girl didn’t want to walk to the front to get me a fork and napkin. Really Chipotle? Come on this is the south and we all know 90% of the workers are high but you have to do better than this to survive. The line used to be wrapped around the building and down the street… It’s empty now most of the time. I suggest avoiding the place unless you see new management.
