I love Chipotle and am so thrilled you can order ahead and pick it up in the drive thru! If you’re not a fan of their prices, their kids meal is a great value for the quantity (even for adults)! The one time I ordered from here, they did forget to include my drink but quickly corrected it. It’s delicious like most of their other locations!

Ordered online and got a confirmation email. When I arrived to pick up I was told by an employee that they did not receive my order. My bank did though. Even with the confirmation email and description of my food all the employee did was offer me a phone number to call, no resolution, they just acted like this was normal. I was not the only one dealing with this issue either, there was another customer also having the same problem. I called, got a refund and decided to waste my money somewhere else.

The management is poor and will be the reason this location goes out of business. You open at 10:45am, so why are you just prepping Pico and grilled onions and peppers at 11:45am? I came here with my daughters for the start of our Summer vacation to be greeted by price increases and no pico, no verde salsa, no grilled onions or peppers, and no sour cream. As I write thesis review the manager is supposed to be making the pico, however I walked in to a discussion being had about my request for ingredients regarding having to pay $12 for a bowl of rice and some shreds of meat if no other ingredients are available. And for the employee that offered me hot salsa in place of pico has no context of ingredients.This place has been such a disappointment since the second month of being open. In the beginning, I attributed the lack of ingredients due to distribution issues, however I now know it’s not that. They have the ingredients, they under staffed and are only 1/4 of the way prepped to open in recent visits. Unfortunately, we won’t be back to this location. $60 for rice and meat is not okay.

If this was a review on just food then the food gets a 5. However service was pathetic. Had to ask to have a table cleaned off so we could sit yet there was no one even sitting, all tables were just dirty for who knows how long. Garbage was overflowing on both inside bins and the outside bin. I mean inside was completely disgusting. This will probably just be a place I go thru the drive thru, but unsure about that after seeing what inside looks like.

This chipotle is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The manager was not giving enough food even after I said extra like 30 times and she wasn’t giving any more and then I told her about it and she was being rude and then she was like giving me examples like this is a spoon full and she wasn’t giving us the spoon full of food like what the heck. then to make it even worse she said “ do u want me to give u a cup of rice” like what am I gonna do with just rice????????

I have been traveling here as a nurse for over a year now and have tried this place multiple times because I love chipotle but everytime it’s a disappointment. Of all the times I’ve been they have only had veggies ONE time and there’s always multiple items not available (just not cooked). It’s poorly managed. The staff is always standing around with nothing going on the grill. Need to take some pointers from Florida chipotles that are way busier but somehow keep up with the demand!

We eat chipotle more than a healthy amount (it’s very celiac friendly) but this locations food was amazingly good. We actually ate here two days in a row while passing through town because the food was so good.

I don’t understand how this location I always out of something when I come here. Especially when its lunch time. Guacamole, veggies, corn salsa. It’s honestly ridiculous. Especially with this being the only chipotle in the area. It’s literally a gamble if you’re going to get your food the way you want it. So disappointing
