Me and my sister came here for the first time the other day and loved it. We realized the portions were huge so we just split the meal and still had leftovers! Staff was so friendly, especially a black girl with red hair, she explained how their meals worked and was just really really friendly. Food was good and overall I enjoyed the experience a lot however some cleaning was needed in the lobby and the bathroom was out of toilet paper. I’d still come again.

First time ordering. Ordered using the app and it was very easy to do so. Ordered a chicken burrito bowl and a carnitas burrito both were exactly as ordered and were delicious. Pickup window was very convenient and staff was nice and professional. Chips have a hint of lime, was unexpected but were tasty.

Customer service was great, however I only got pastor chicken with extra chicken. Nothing else at all. Literally chicken. 17 dollars. They do not offer a military discount, first time eating at Chipotle since the salmonella issue was going on years ago. For the cost alone I’ll stick with Moe’s. The staff was awesome truly , very nice staff at this location.

Food was very generous and staff friendly but the tables and floor were in desperate need of cleaning. There were old receipts and food over the tables and trash was filled up to overflowing. Didn’t seem like any of the employees cared.

Just gross save your time and money, every single time never fails I attempt to go because it’s the only local chipotle hoping it’ll be fresh, and disappoint/REGRET to myself every single time, and every time either no meat available or old disgusting dried out chicken and/or steak available, the older later who paces back and forth claims she’s GM always acts stressed out but doesn’t do anything about it along with the male manager does the bare minimum every single time I’m there this is literally a weekly thing, waiting for 15 minutes minimum, when you ask for extra toppings they give you a little and when you ask for a little THEY PUT EXTRA. By far the most unfreshest, unprofessional unpredictable chipotle I been to. Like this slopped together chicken burrito I didn’t request hot or guac , steak is soo dried out and burnt it’s piercing my gums! or just plain FATTY/chewy bone cartridge I hardly write reviews to anything good/bad it’s got to be either really good or bad and this was flat out HORRIBLE.

Never been here before, walked in to order a the girl at the register said you have order on line!! I’m standing in front of you and I cannot order? She said you have to order on line.. wow she wouldn’t take my order!! Management needs to look into its employees, not everyone has a smartphone!! Unbelievable
