I ordered online and went through the drive-thru. I ordered the kids meal for my son and it came with a beverage. I informed the young girl that I was missing his drink and she got an attitude and said that it’s not on the receipt, rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut. I proceeded to get their attention until I received what I ordered. After attempting to get her attention, no one would approach the window and all of the teenage girls proceeded to look at me and laugh.I decided to stay at the window until I received my son’s beverage.The manger finally approached the window after waiting 5 minutes or so. I informed him of the issue and showed him my order via the app and I insisted that I either receive my beverage or I would like a refund. He informed me that he can’t do refund for online orders but I could call customer service to do so. He apologized for his employees’ behavior but the damage was done. I originally ordered a 16oz but asked for the Apple juice instead because I didn’t trust them to make anything else and I told him that. I don’t have to spend my hard earned money at this establishment and we will not be back. The absolute worst customer service.

Very unprofessional.. the lady that was serving me my food act like she had a attitude when I said I want extra chicken.. then gone just stand there and look at me like I was crazy… why have a attitude when a customer say they want some extra in there plate. They is not the ones who paying for it… dinning area was filthy… it’s pathetic!! I WILL NOT GO BACK!!! But I can say…. It didn’t use to be like that..

I don’t typically complain, but tonight my order was overcharged. My food was thrown in the bowl by the employeereally quickly. I had to pay twice as much for chicken even though I only got half a scoop. My friend received a full scoop of chicken since someone else made her bowlbut I didn’t even get a full scoop to begin with. Since my bowl was too big, I almost got charged forsour cream on the side before I asked about it. Lastly,I attempted again to give the chips another chance, but they were once again very salty and stale.

My catering order was set to be picked up at 7pm. I didn’t get my order till 7:15 pm. When the box came out I checked it of course all to discover that they only gave me half of my order!!!!! Come on half of it Chipotle? Then I had to wait at the counter to ask for the rest of it. Everyone ignored me. Finally after flagging someone down they gave me the the rest of my order. This catering was for 10 people. They gave me sour cream for about 3 people. I went up to the counter again to ask for more sour cream because it wasn’t enough for 10 people. The guy came up to me with a scale and put the my sour cream container on the scale and told me that this container of sour cream was measured out correctly for 8 people!!!!! My order was for 10 people!!!! But why bring out a scale???? It’s sour cream! I was so upset by this I just left. The customer service was terrible. And if this wasn’t for my family I would have demanded all my money back and left that order right there in the store. I won’t be going to this location ever again. And customer service will be made aware of this scam.

I live near this Chipotle, so it’s the one I tend to use most. I have to say that, the last few times I’ve gone in on the weekends, the two young ladies working the line are the rudest, meanest and nastiest I’ve come across. They barely speak (if they speak at all), mean mug you, no smiles, no banter, eye rolls. I had to comment to the young lady (light skin, huge lashes) about the amount of food she was giving me. I’m not expecting you to give me the whole container, but if I pay 3-4.00 for extra, I should be getting it! She was barely picking any up! She had even more attitude after that. She almost acted like she was about to come across the counter (would’ve been her biggest mistake. LOL). Let’s be real, Chipotle has gotten a lot more expensive and if I’m spending upwards of 60-70.00 (I have a family of 4), then I can at least be treated with some level of respect. Im not sure I will come back if this is the treatment I get spending my hard earned money.

Food here is pretty much consistently great. Good portions for your money. You know I’m big on portions The only thing I do NOT like is the salsa. It’s got heat without any flavor . But the food and the lemonades are the highlights. I do LOVE ❤️ the chips!! I can eat them plain all the time. The queso and guac are good but pricey for the portion.

Staff was not very friendly, only one other customer inside and tables were dirty, good was ok but not great, chips were stale. Salsaritas or Moe’s are much better, better priced and more options. Only thing I enjoyed was the Agua Fresca mixed berry drink.

Terrible customer service, ordered 115$ worth of food and they tried to give me less than half my order. The lady at the widow had an attitude and called the manager over after I waited for them to acknowledge me at the widow. They argued with me over only to look over and see the rest of my order of the shelf. This is the second bad experience I’ve had at this location.
