The female associate working on 08/09/23 shortly after 5:00 PM was ill-mannered, discourteous, and lacked the ability to provide customer service. She forgot to give me my drink while in drive thru, which was not a problem, but her response when I asked for it was absurd. It was as if I inconvenienced her, when it was her responsibility for fulfill the orders properly. When I did receive my drink, it was shoved into my hand and the drive thru window was slammed. Did I mention my food was LATE?! AND I found a hair on a chip in the bottom of my child’s chip bag!? Needless to say I won’t be back to this location.

Seriously! Is the work ethic so bad you have to let the only customers in the place wait for several minutes for service? Lady said we will be right with you then proceeded to go talk with drive through employee on their phones. She notified someone else in the back and then nothing…….just stood there looking at all the food debris everywhere. No one cleans up. Food is mixed with other food in the trays because of disgusting food handling. I should call the health department. They would shut them down. We left with no service on a weekend at 330 pm.

Normally when I eat here it is pretty good but this time wasn’t. I ordered a burrito and got sour cream on it (which I normally do), I like sour cream don’t get me wrong but I swear the whole burrito was sour cream. The amount of sour cream honestly made the whole burrito cold.

Love Chipotle but everytime I go to this one during the evening shift they’re out of something hours before they close. Usually always 5 people working but you have one preparing food and handling the cash register at the same time. The wait time is entirely too long to have this many people staffed. Other team members should recognize this and maybe help out to get people in and out in a timely manner. I’ve been 3 times in the last week and have experienced the same thing all 3 times. Im sure they don’t care about what I think and that’s fine but definitely need to tighten up their demonstration. And do a better job proportioning the food don’t just pile it up like yall are accustomed to.

Store was clean but at lunch they had limited toppings. My husband and I had a garlic steak bowl and was stomach sick for 3 days. We both endured bathroom frequency and stomach pains. Unsure if something we ate gave us exposure or something if that nature, but we will not be going back to eat for sure. I think the quality of food is also very bland. Very expensive for a fast food experience as well. 44$ for 2 bowels with mostly brown rice(they had no white available) is high! I would go to Moe’s before considering Chipotle for sure. I hope we did not get a bacteria exposure from employees handling food. Sorry but this is the truth.
