This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I ordered from here multiple times from doordash/Ubereats and my order has always been horrible.. I recently ordered a bowl with extra chicken, again there was barely any chicken which I paid for extra. My bowl has literally like 5 pieces of lettuce!!! And it looked like this when opened it! NEVER again will I order from here

Due to a tech failure on my phone, I failed to properly preorder for pickup. No problem. Nice staff member used my online order on my phone to build the whole group order again. Great service. Inside of the restaurant is basic. You’re better off taking food outside and eating at a table outside.

Good food. Unfortunately neither of the people making our food spoke English. Couldn’t get my bowl the way I usually have it because they couldn’t communicate. This store should place English speaking members for their customer-interacting positions. No sodas available, and no spoons for the kids either.

Maps says they close 11pm, I get there at 10pm. There’s a line and there’s NO FOOD and they not making any more food. I was trynna figure out why people kept reaching the front and then leaving. I get to the front to order and all they have is fajitas and rice and that veggie sht for vegans. no black beans, not enough Pinto for an order, no meats nothing. Wasted my time. Never going back to this location.

Location was nasty, call ahead orders were over 40 min wait time . Chipotle has been going downhill. I watched while there was a huge line of customers and a worker was making a server fix his meal in front of customers. He kept gesturing and telling the lady to pile more food in the bowl she was holding. She was getting angry and frustrated but I’m guessing he was a manager or someone over her because she didn’t tell him no.

It was late at night and they were getting ready to close. We were looking for a late dinner after driving 15 hours. The checkout terminal went down while we were waiting to pay, switching to cash only. I had no cash so the manager told me that it was their fault and that the food would be free of charge! I still tried to download the app to pay that way but the manager in charge at the time kept insisting we were OK. Thanks to the staff that night.

I ordered a bowl and a quesadilla on the app. The guy who made our order forgot to add my second meat which i paid extra for. He forgot one of my girlfriends sides of her quesadilla. The portion sizes for everything was so awful. I suppose when you order on the app they can get away with giving you such a tiny amount of food. I spent 38$ on two meals thats nearly 20$ for one meal, and I honestly would have been more full from two snickers bars. To top it all off, we even had to wait over 20 minutes longer than when the app said our food would be done. Its definitely worth it to drive to a different location that cares about their customers.

Love the food! Always come here whenever I need my Chipotle fix! Keep in mind that this location is understaffed. If you come during the evening you are going to wait a very long time be warned. There are other fast food locations in the area with the same issue.

I just wanted to call to see if they had freaking chips since they run out and their stupid automated message couldn’t understand that and kept trying to place an order. The live chat was also a useless bit. I should be able to make a 30 second call to confirm before I waste money placing an order.
