I had a bowl with white rice, pinto beans and a little chicken, corn and lettuce. I got home and realized the chicken was saturated in their special pepper sauce. I had to throw out the entire plate. A child or an elderly would not be able to consume this meal. Also, the area where they prepare the bowls or serve the food is always dirty with food. Food sanitation laws calls for a clean area when serving food to public….where is the manager?

One of the better Chipotles that I’ve been to. The chicken asada burrito bowl was top notch. Its a very popular item, they were able to scrounge up the last little chicken bits to add to my bowl. They’re a little stingy with the portions compared to other Chipotles but the taste alone would make me return

Asked for a bowl with guacamole, they gave me this tiny little amount (it’s hard to see but it was less than half of the serving spoon) and i asked for more and they said they would charge me for extra. I’ve had problems with them doing the same thing in the past as well. There were also other people in line ahead of me having the same problem. We asked to speak to a manager but said nobody was in who could help us.

First off, let me begin by saying that this is by far the WORST store I have ever visited, I came in one night after ordering online (I should have known better) and I should have asked for a refund as soon as I walked in, the store looked like a tornado came through, there was ICE all over the floor, someone could have gotten seriously hurt, there was even more ice that made a mountain of ice sitting in the drink station. Every last table in the location was filthy. I sat there for over 30 minutes trying to pick up my order, and the girl making the orders with every kind of ear piercing was like, “whatever”.Finally after I received my order, I asked for 4 dressings as I ordered 5 meals, she said no, I was like What? she said you have to pay and order online, THERE IS NO PLACE TO DO THAT! WHO SAYS NO? We got our food home, and SHOCKER, not only was the double protein not there, but legit the food was cold and we live right behind the location. Wrote to corporate, SUPRISE, Nothing from them or the store. 3 other people walked out of that store irate by the carelessness of the crew there! DO NOT EAT HERE

Their online ordering is so inconsistent I 10/10 do not recommend it’s better to go in person. I spent an extra four dollars for double chicken and they skimp me EVERY SINGLE TIMMMEEE. If there is a regular amount of chicken, there’s hardly any rice if I order double chicken, there’s hardly any chicken. The only thing that is consistent is their inconsistency.

I always do the bowl. As always, the food was good, and the portions were generous as well. The reason for the less than 5 star rating was due to the soda machine. I do not ever drink soda, but rather, I will drink water or tea. This day was no different. I went to get a swig of water and then fill my cup with tea. When I approached the soda machine, I lost my appetite due to the soured smell of the soda fountain drink area. It was obvious that the soda area had not been properly cleaned in some time. The smell of stale water, sofa, etc. was extremely strong. I opted to forego any water and just get my tea, hoping the vat holding the tea was cleaner than the soda fountain area. Other than that, the experience was good. The food was great as usual, the staff was nice overall. I just think they need to deep clean the soda area because that smell was not due to one day not being cleaned properly. It was due to neglect over a period of time.

Finally a decent Chipotle. I bought the chicken al pastor bowl and to my surprise the meat was not burnt and tasted good. I had to wait a long while. My order was take out and they forgot to out plastic utensils. So overall it was a decent experience. Ok lunch.

First off I spend a lot of money in this place every day or every other day. My workers and I come and order food usually it’s about 12 to 14 of us today I go in no one is friendly I order a bowl actually two bowls and they want to put literally one small scoop of rice in the balls I said, can I have more please they said it’s going to be extra say what?? That doesn’t make any sense I can understand if I’m asking for extra extra but you’re not even giving me the proper amounts then when I asked for sour cream, they literally give me a a drizzle and tell me that I want more I have to pay for more I’m good I will definitely take my business elsewhere since you people are rude and act like you pay for the food that I’m purchasing not to mention, I order a bag of chips and the amount of chips that was in the bag fit in the palm of my hand and it was a large bag so I will definitely not be coming here any longer rather go to Taco Bell next door I’ll get more for my money

ABYSMAL service. Constantly getting orders wrong. I used to buy from here often and legitimately 9/10 times something would be incorrect with my order. Once I was handed a big container of queso when I ordered 2 burrito bowls and a kids meal (because that’s totally the same item?). Today was not the first time the staff has asked for the name on my mobile order, left me standing there, and not handed me my order for upwards of 30 minutes just to hand me the bag of food that was directly behind the counter the whole time. Left me standing there with my crying toddler the entire 30 minutes which has to have been an unpleasant experience for everyone in the store. Garbage service and it’s somehow getting worse over time instead of better. When I used the ap to ask for a refund because issues like this keep happening, the person I talked to offered me a free entree. Keep your food, I don’t want it if that is how the employees treat customers!!!! I asked for a refund and was told no. So I asked for a supervisor and she refused to connect me, claiming that no one else was working. She kept insisting that my “feedback would be shared and will be taken very seriously.” I don’t care what you do with my feedback. Tape it to your butt for all I care I just want my time back. Since it is impossible to get my time back I’d be content to have my money back instead but the company is disinterested in helping the customer. I am livid and I don’t understand how a company that treats customers so badly manages to stay in business. So since I have NO CONFIDENCE that my feedback is being taken seriously at all by the company, I thought I should warn other would-be customers that this location provides consistently terrible service and the people on chat will ruin your night by talking themselves in circles if you ask for a refund (which they will not provide).
