Every time I go to this location they seem to forget items I pay extra for. Today both orders I added guacamole, there was no guacamole or salsa on either order. The one chicken bowl barely had chicken and was mostly lettuce, bland and gross because the extra items I paid for weren’t on it. Not to mention that I tipped them on top of that because it was ordered through the app. I guess since I couldn’t babysit them to make sure they did their job correctly they forgot but get to enjoy a tip they didn’t deserve. It wasn’t busy so that’s zero excuse. And guess what you can’t get a refund, they just hand out coupons. There’s no way for you to call the store. so how often are they pocketing peoples money and then letting corporate send out coupons? I will be stopping payment on my credit card. I plan on never returning to this store so the coupons mean nothing

We tried this location on Saturday afternoon so it was understandably busy. We went in to place an order to go and there was a pretty long line. The girl who was making the dishes did a great job even though she was by herself. The online order area seemed to be moving pretty quickly. The food was great.

Big portions, tasty fresh food. If you’re going to empty and switch out food troughs, please acknowledge your customer first. The kitchen was a disaster. …food droppings everywhere. All tables in dining room needed to be cleaned. Food and wrappings on floor.

Gross AF!!! I would never come to this location again. It was filthy and the employees were zombies. I wanted a salad bowl but the lettuce was brown and some was visibly rotting. Chipotle isn’t cheap at all for how little you get and I certainly wasn’t going to spend money on rotting lettuce! There was food splashed all over everything and for someone with food allergies as myself this is very concerning and dangerous. The food looked like it had been sitting there for a very long time and I was afraid of getting food poisoning!!! Extremely mismanaged location that’s a health risk. Avoid!!

I just stood in line for over 30 minutes, not once did the manager or anyone mention they were out of anything. When I get to the counter I find out they are missing more than half the ingredients. I am ok with waiting but was told there was not anymore in the building by Cassandra Brown who was extremely rude. I found this really hard to believe and felt they were just not willing to refill the food. So I go and enjoy some food close by from a company who seems to care about the people that walk in. On a hunch I decided to walk back in to chipotle after I finished my meal elsewhere just to find that Cassandra Brown lied because there are all the ingredients she said did not exist within the building. I could see this store from where I ate so I know a truck didn’t deliver any new ingredients. I’m completely shocked she is the manager at this location. Chipotle just lost a very loyal customer because I won’t be back until these situations are addressed. You would think this type of behavior might be acceptable 10-15 minutes prior to closing but not 3 hours before closing.

I’m really sad and disappointed. I love coming here for the fresh ingredients and huge burrito. I am very disappointed with the service I got today from the team members though. The amount of rice and beans put in my burrito was a JOKE! I’ve never seen anyone put that little in it ever. I got my friend the bowl (Same price, they put way more in that) and feel I should have gotten a bowl and .50 cent burrito and wrapped it myself. Mind you, he didn’t get any lettuce or beans and I did! I was told by the cashier “everyone has different methods”. Different methods shouldn’t result in the lack of quantity or quality I receive. No effort to try and make it right and refused to offer and swap my tiny burrito for a bowl with side tortilla when I requested.

Open at 10:45am means set up, good out, ready to serve customers at 10:45. Not start putting food out and cleaning and laying rugs down and ready to serve at 10:55. Line of people waiting to order food at 10:55 and everyone is just walking around opening the store and not acknowledging the customers. Ask for a bag of chips which there were plenty of but they would not sell in to in house customers. Only online orders. Their reasoning was they are limited on chips and can only sell to those who place an online order. This made zero sense. So after I paid for my bowl I ordered a bag of chips online and they handed me my bag of chips with an attitude like I’m ridiculous for placing an online order in store. Make it make sense!!!

Every time I have come in it is dirty from front to back. Every table had leftover food on it and the kitchen was disgusting. An hour before close and being out of everything. This is absolutely out control. 4 employees and no one wants to help the one poor girl trying to serve the line almost to the door. They want to look back and do nothing. The store definitely needs some management and employees that care!!

Decent but this location is stingy with their fillings. 6 tiny cut up pieces of steak doesn’t quite cut it for a $13 burrito. Miss the days when they couldn’t even close the entire burrito and customer satisfaction was their priority..
