I really wanted to like this Chipotle but food was extremely salty, they had no vegetables or guacamole. I also had to wait at least 10 minutes to pay because their employees have zero sense for optimization.

(Ordered through the website and the food was ready by the stated time. The young lady at the window was polite and professional and even said “thank you have a nice day” the food was good and exactly as ordered. I hope this doesn’t change because so few places have consistency with correct orders and polite employees.) this was a good review and since then the last 3 orders have been subpar.

Felt the need to post a review because it seems this new store is getting a lot of hate. Just wanted to say that I’m so excited to have a location near my house! Secondly, I’ve been there twice since they opened and both times were a success! The employees were not overly-friendly, but I definitely didn’t feel like they were rude at any point. I’ve seen pictures posted with other reviews that voice their frustrations that they didn’t feel they received enough food in their bowl. However, if you don’t eat vegetables and all you order is beans, chicken, and rice, it makes sense that your bowl is not filled to the brim – not getting the veggies does not mean you are entitled to recieve an obscene amount of extra chicken free of charge. Keep up the good work new Chipotle, you’re killin it!

I went back today to give them a second chance. Since it was only 11:30 there was no line and none of the food items had run out (yet). Everything went fine until I got back to work, the chicken looks like it is 2 days old, totally overcooked, dry, and cold. Completely inedible. I ate my rice and beans and won’t be going back to this location.

THE OWNER NEEDS TO BE WORKING HERE IF THEY CANNOT GET HELP!!!! Great food but this place needs some help. 30 people in line at lunchtime. Short handed on employees. One guy making all the meals and also cashiering by himself! CRAZY! We saw about 20 people that were fed up and walked out!! Don’t believe me look at your cameras. Food was drying out. Counters were a mess! One of the employees fixed herself lunch and went out to her silver Saturn while the place is covered up with people. No employee should be able to walk out and leave other employees in this situation. ALSO, they said they were OUT OF CHIPS! How does Chipotle NOT HAVE CHIPS!! I could say so much more! Very sad!

This location is probably the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The dining area and work stations are disgusting as if they don’t ever sweep the floors or wipe down the tables (not busy at all, no excuse).The portions are extremely small, I asked for extra rice after the first tiny scoop and was told “you’re going to get me in trouble, my manager wants us to cut portions back.” I was charged $5 for extra steak when it was a half/half burrito even after I was clear to the cashier it was not double meat. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like chipotle has a standard they normally live up to and this location isn’t even close. Great venue for Undercover Boss

I will never understand why the steak never changes. It’s so chewy, half of it ends up being spit out. Also, it’s always cold on the tacos. Why isn’t the meat consistently warm? Seriously, who enjoys biting into a taco where the meat is ice cold?

I ate here two weeks after the new store opened, then again a few weeks later, hoping they had gotten it together, but they have not. I got a chicken bowl both times. The customer service was bad. The portions were less than other locations, and they were out of basic ingredients both times. The food was also over and under cooked. To top it all off, the prices are higher than the location on Collage Rd. It’s well worth the drive to go to the other location.

I don’t recommend ordering from the app in this place because even you choose double wrap and extra rice, salsa they put very little in the burrito and I also order the al pastor chicken and they put very little. I ate it because I was hungry and didn’t have patience to wait but I let him know about it and they don’t anything about it because I ate it already. Whatever. I have been buy at chipotle over 20 years. Bs!

I’m going to say that the young girl working the counter, seem to be working completely by her self in a very busy lunch rush (2:30pm on a Sat)… She managed to keep a polite demeanor, and seemed cool and calm, despite being obviously overwhelmed.
