This location is still relatively new, and that is reflected in their business. They are understaffed and not knowledgeable. Everyone is asking questions to the manager about what to do and how to do things. The line is long inside and takes forever as only one person was working the bar. This location does have a drive-thru, which is fantastic. I have not seen a drive-thru Chipotle. The staff is amicable but not knowledgeable. Please invest in your team and their training.

Always a horrible experience at this chipotle. Food is fine but employees are rude and contradictory. I purchased 5 bowls and plenty of sides. Over 50$ worth of stuff and they said I couldn’t get vinaigrettes because I didn’t order a “salad”

This was so good I have to write a review. I had 5 pick-up orders and they came mostly all on time but the quality of the food is great. Chipotles I go to usually skimp out on the online orders but this one still filled my bowls to the brim for each one! Workers are really nice and good at multitasking 🙂 New steak is flavorful

I ordered online my dinner was half empty, most of the stuff I ordered was not on my order. Half full bowl. I am unhappy with this place. I will never be back and probably will never go to another Chipotle ever.

Amazing food and service! We got 2 bowls that were packed full and 2 tortillas on the side. The tortillas were super fresh and the chips were great. Absolutely no complaints, will definitely be going to this location more often!

Actually super upset with this location. I’ve ordered through door dash twice now, and after the 1st time, they were honestly luck to get my business again. Chipotle is one of the fast food places I can eat because of my gluten and dairy issues so I order a lot. I just moved here. Both times I’ve ordered, the bowls and chip bags were 1/3 full, at best. Which usually would be enough food for one person but when you order to share or you order because that’s your only meal for that day, it becomes upsetting. Not to mention the amount of money it is for one person. Super disappointed and I hope this changes as I see it’s not just me with these issues.

The food is is good, however they are not on par with other chipotle restaurants. Twice I have ordered food for delivery and they do not give the proper portion sizes compared to more established locations. Something needs to be done or this will cause issue for them in the future with online orders. Unacceptable that a bay of chips is as small as they give.

I ordered the carnitas burrito and got home only to find out it was a rice burrito. No meat. I have reached out to the store and they have not responded with an apology. I cashapp’d a coworker bc they were going there and I knew later after work I would not want to cook since I live an hour away. Huge disappointment. I havent had Chipotle in 3years. I had bad experiences at another location, so I thought I’d give it a shot again.
