I hope the Manager addresses this mismanagement situation because Not All Chipotle restaurants are like this one. This establishment is always running out of 1 ingredient or another. Today,,no brown rice. It doesn’t take a genius to see that in a restaurant like this, there should always be a backup ready to be utilized. Last time I was here, no black beans. Place I’d filthy like a elementary school lunch area. I thought these places were run by some kind of an adult. I don’t know by venturing in here. Too bad because most are runned efficiently, not this one. Food is still great, but I wonder if it’s sanitary enough because the atmosphere certainly is NOT.

The food does not taste even close to the way it used to. I dont know if they are using cheaper ingredients but something has changed. The people that worked there were rude and non-interactive. The dining room was filthy. I used to love Chipotle, never again.

The chicken had a bone in it. It was full of grease and overall disgusting. The rice had no taste. Honestly, the quality of Chipotle has gone down so much that it’s not worth $12 for a bowl of trash.

If I could give a zero I would. Placed an order asked for extra corn and cheese nothing was as we had asked it. Just kind of annoying paying for something you want a particular way and they disregard your preffances. Had a kidney infection all week and this was the first real thing I would have been able to eat….I threw it away unfortunately bc nothing I asked for was on it and then they closed for the holiday. Now back to looking for something to eat.

Let me assist you in how to run a business for one moment… so if you have to put a sign on your door saying you close at 9, because people show up after your randomly chosen close time…. You can report your updated open time to Google, Facebook, etc.
