Love this spot and while Burritos can be a little inconsistent, I am usually happy. The middle aged white guy working the counter this afternoon (8June), however, should be trained before they let him serve customers. I’ve had some burritos wrapped carelessly before but this takes the cake.

I eat Chipotle every week and this location specifically gives a lot less portions. I always get double steak and chicken burrito and the heavier set lady working the line ALWAYS scoops my chicken and steak and shakes half the spoon off and hardly get any chicken or steak yet I pay 16$ for double meat. Happens every time. Now next I should’ve taken a picture of the burrito wrap because it was atrocious he needs to be trained. I got an extra tortilla because I can roll a better burrito and I’m a freaking plumber. Will try it again if it’s still bad just gonna keep giving bad reviews.

This is the best chipotle in town! Fresh food and great people, I go here atleast 3 times a week. The people working there are so good that once, my Google pay wasn’t working properly, ‘Mel’ who works there went above and beyond, he offered my complimentary burrito bowls. Go enjoy the place!

They know and acknowledged that their app isn’t working with the the local Wi-Fi. We go in to order, show them app spinning which we were fighting with it for a half hr. They would not honor the online ordering for a free guacamole. Didn’t get our points either 🙁 fairly unfriendly

I’ll start by saying that I love chipotle. Obsessed with it. However, my first time at this location was very disappointing. Went in an hour before close and they were nearly out of everything. I asked for a chicken bowl, and the employee ended up forgetting to put the chicken in there so I paid extra for no chicken. They were out of black beans, fajitas, queso, had a tiny bit of sour cream left, and no more vinaigrette. Sad that they were out of my favorite items. I ended up paying for a chicken + guacamole bowl that had no chicken nor my desired toppings. All of the “cold” toppings were out of the chilled serving area and was stacked up on the back counter instead, which could be a health code violation depending on how long they placed them there. Employees seemed nice though, probably wasn’t their fault for not restocking. I’m assuming their manager had them start closing up early since all the chairs were already upside down on the tables.

stopped by this chipotle next to greenwise market since i was in the area. i ordered a bowl and portions are very small even if you watch them make it in front of you. when i asked for more, worker declined and said that is what they have been instructed to do. as confirmed by other reviews, this isn’t a one off and apparently staff are being trained this way. i normally go to the chipotle on dale mabry and fletcher next to lowes and don’t have any issues there. hopefully this is not becoming a trend.
