Service was fast and friendly. The portions were generous, as was the request for more salsa. The restaurant was a bit untidy, but to be fair it was busy during lunchtime. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The outside was also clean. I wish they would sort their trash/recycling/compost. That would give them five stars in my book

Constantly out of important stuff. First time I went, they had no utensils. Yesterday was the second time I went, and they had no ice in the sofa fountain and the soda was flat. Why would you sell soda cups knowing that it’s basicaly undrinkable? This and the chipotle on palm beach lakes are just trash.

I’m full vegetarian and I order veggie bowl from this location several times and everytime I receive my food I would find a piece of chicken or steak in my bowl. Everyone time I would contact the store manager they would either give me a free bowl or my money back. Anyone that a vegetarian planning to place a order from this store please don’t.

So My family and I have eaten here a bunch of times. Tonight we ordered delivery via door dash. When we got it I was super disappointed. My little kids were splitting a rice bowl with carnitas and black beans. There was next to no carnitas in it. I had to warm up other meat I had left over in my fridge so they weren’t just eating rice, beans and sour cream. I’d give it 1 star if this was my first experience but we have eaten here before and it’s usually decent. ♀️

We’re new to the WPB area and it has been so wack living close to so many Chipotles but not being able to partake in them because of consistent subpar meals. This location has restored my faith and although it’s a little further than the others (3) closer to me, I’ll make the trek. They didn’t overstuff me but it was the typical portion that you expect. I went midday Saturday and the place was clean. When the lettuce was running low, someone went and got fresh lettuce instead of scraping up what was left. I asked one of the servers what their opinion was on one of the new proteins and they responded enthusiastically. Good service all around. I hope they keep it up.

Peter Martinez is one unprofessional GM . I texted him around June 22nd because 2 weeks before that I talked to him about transferring to his store and that same day up until June 22nd he never called back or texted me and I already had a talk with my old manager about starting the process . Then he wants to hit me up around July 6 stating the transfer done and if I could come in that week If not the next week. I told him I couldn’t come in those time but hopefully the weeks after I could start working with you soon. The he texted me July 9 asking me my availability I replied that same day giving it to him telling him I won’t be able to work within just that week but for the others I can . I never got a text back or call back from him . Called the store never answered. Now July 18 he wants to hit me with the “ we are terminating your process due to never hearing from you” soo unacceptable and very unprofessional called his cell, explaining how unprofessional he is due to his lack of communication and that it is not my responsibility he didn’t know what he was doing telling me he has other people waiting to be accepted at that job yet it’s been a whole month for me and my transfer process couldn’t even go through.

I didn’t eat here. I am disabled and an employee pulled their truck into the pedestrian crosswalk of their drive thru lane. The store was not open yet so it’s not like I could go in and ask to get it moved. You should never park in a crosswalk. It’s the law. Besides the disabled, what about a mom pushing a baby in the stroller? So they’d have to get off of the sidewalk, and walk in the street, to go around the truck blocking the crosswalk, in order to safely get back on the sidewalk on the other side of the truck? I was disabled by a vehicle. I definitely do not want to be forced into being a pedestrian where it’s supposed to be vehicle traffic. I fully doubt anyone who’s just hourly would have the audacity to park like that, telling me it’s someone with an authoritarian role there taking advantage of their position. Being inconsiderate towards the pedestrian population in a commercial environment. And since I could get no one to move the truck, I called non emergency 911, and a woman sheriff from Broward Sheriff Department started COMPLAINING AT ME for ‘making a mountain out of a molehill”. Lets this cop become disabled and then be forced to walk in vehicular traffic when there should be a legally protected pedestrian route. Mountain out of molehill… That law enforcement officer shouldn’t justify the violations importance to her for whether or not she ENFORCES THE LAW or not. And police wonder why we don’t like them. YOU WORK FOR ME. That’s why I called you. To enforce a law. So don’t be a gangster. Be a public servant.

I ordered a burrito when I went home and started eating they put so much sour cream and they added so much beans, their was barely any chicken as a matter of fact I don’t think that it was chicken It was something else and a few pieces of chicken. They always do that when I order at that chipotle. I have to start ordering at the other location. I’m so angry I wish I knew corporates number to report them this went on to long. Horrible place

I worked a chipotle previously and it was never a problem to order a quesadilla for dine in . They insisted on telling me do it online saying it was cooperate orders not them . Which I don’t believe because I previously worked at another location as I keep telling them. I was in a rush on my lunch break and they did not make the quesadilla . I even spoke to the manager billy and they insisted on not making the quesadilla after I informed them I worked at another chipotle less than 10 miles away . Terrible customer service
