Great location. Fast friendly service. I ordered the semi new chicken they have with white rice, black beans, sautéed peppers, corn salsa, tomato salsa, lettuce, cheese, sour cream with a bag of chips. Food was nice, fresh, and tasty. Will return if I’m in the area.

Need new manager! Go inside 10 minutes after opening, hand sanitizers empty, drink containers empty and tables dirty. Ask for drinks to be filled, told to busy right now. Of course, why done before opening!!!! Oh, and never had stale chips at Chipotle. Again just opened for the day. Hum

My favorite Chipotle EVER! They are the cleanest, freshest and the most affordable Chipotle that I’ve been to. You can tell that they switch out waiters and that helps the business stay competitive. They give me my Military discount EVERY time that I go. I don’t even have to ask! They remember my face and that just makes me believe that they appreciate our service. Thank you to my staff. The Military way, is the only way to eat Chipotle!

I’m not understanding why when we are picking up orders, our orders aren’t placed on the pick up stand. This defeats the purpose of doing a pick up order to just grab and go. If my pickup order is completed please allow customers and myself to come in and grab our food and go. Instead I am forced to stand while the cashiers ignore that we’re standing off to the side for your food that is ready. Please come up with a better system. Thank you!

The food is amazing. The staff is amazing. One employee, a young woman was so sweet. Also considered making sure my food was correct. The only reason I’m giving this 4 because I notice how mean people are to that young girl when she gives a nice amount of portion. They’d take off alot or tell her to give “proper portion” when we’d get only 4 pieces! Anyways, the food I love and that girl’s energy is so beautiful but the other are very brutal.

This place was great sometime back but this time the staff was off the chain with an attitude. I am not a fan of rice so I always request light on the rice, that is when it went sideways half a bowl of rice (really). Can I get two sides of medium salsa only got one thrown in the bag. Super disappointed should have gone to Five Guys across the street.

Horrible customer service. I put an online order in at 11:30 to pick up at 12:30 and there were two people in front me that said their orders were still being made.. 15 minutes go by and 3 more people got in line for pick up. So since no one was even acknowledging all these people waiting I went up to the register and couldn’t even get anyone to look at me for 5 more minutes i had to pop my head behind the wall and ask for help. After finally getting my food (that was sitting there the whole time) and getting in my car I realized they forgot to give me salsa and ended up going back in for another 5 minutes to get someone’s attention to get it. The employees purposely don’t make eye contact to even help you. I wasted my whole lunch break just getting my food and did not even get to eat until after work.

The food is good. It is put together per order and not ahead of time, except cooked meat, which is fresh. The staff is efficient and a long line can move fairly quickly. But, of course, consider time to get the order right. They are pricey for a take out restaurant. But if you don’t want to dress up for a good Mexican meal, this is perfect. At the location on Linton blvd. in Delray, there is a good ice cream/ yogurt place next door (Cream). Many people will go to both and get a nice evening out.
